We had such a bad experience at a different place in town (03/2024) that we had to leave before we even had food (an hour-plus later). Went to the Ultimate and without saying a word, someone was there before we even sat down. Such a wonderful experience. Thank you, Lucy, for such prompt and welcoming service and the food was perfect. Definitely a go-to place. Burger, fries, and bone-in chicken wings were just what we needed!
This place is always a great place to visit, especially during the Super Bowl (or any other game, I'd imagine). We never feel rushed by the staff and the food is always delicious.
