“Service was great and give it a 5 star. I had ordered a few weeks ago a matcha latte where the whole milk unfortunately had expired but Rowan and Syndey were more than happy to immediately exchange it without question making sure I had a proper tasting latte. Special thanks to Rowan for all your patience and extra effort to replace and remake the Matcha Latte.“
“I ordered a coldade from the old menu I had seen online. the baristas tried their best to replicate it based on the ingredients. it wasn't great and I can see why it was removed from the menu ? but glad they humoured me by making it anyways. I ended up coming back to get something else on the newer menu and it was delicious. ? The employees were understanding and said I had made a bold decision ordering that in the first place. ?“

Now just keep them..they should NEVER have taken them off their menu!

“Ordered a turtle mocha , it was delicious and ready as soon as I walked in the store ! Only negative was a sign saying they were open until noon on Thanksgiving ! 🫨 give the workers the day off ! It's Thanksgiving !
