“Very cheerful disposition and helpful as well as courteous I had explained that the last two times I had went to a different location my drink didn’t taste all that great and they were very upfront about that I should go ahead and order it and if I didn’t like it they would make me whatever I wanted definitely one of the better Caribou Locations I have been to“
“11/16/23 UPDATE: This team has been working hard over the past month since my previous post and made MAJOR improvements to customer service and speed! It is amazing to see what they’ve been able to accomplish in such a short time. They are more engaged and energetic. The level of communication with customers on drink order status has improved tenfold. Nice job and great work team! I would highly encourage anyone in the area to visit this store! As such, I’ve updated my review to 5-stars across the board!10/11/23: This place is PAINFULLY SLOW. Doesn’t matter if there’s two people in line or 20. Today, several people have walked out while waiting for their drinks. Mobile orders are taking 30+ minutes to get out. I ordered in store and have been standing here over 30 minutes waiting for my order. They just made an announcement that they aren’t taking in cafe orders because they’re too far behind and sent everyone to the drive thru. Seems like they have enough staff, but lack direction from the leadership. How frustrating.“
“This store is one of my favorites, even though the kids in the drive through always look like they'd rather be somewhere else than there selling me my Food they always seem to remember the napkins. And that's a plus in my book. I hate when they forget the napkins. Just wanna tell the kids there you're doing a great job. And I look forward to seeing you spaced out faces again .Parking: Plenty of parking space and a cool place just to sit back an enjoy you meal into the traffic dies down.“
“Great atmosphere to sit and relax or hangout with friends. Great customer service, when I ordered a drink and did not like it when I tried it, they remade me a new one. Overall, great shakes and teas if you’re looking for that boost in the gym!“
“I had the Mint Brownie Mocha. I liked the fact that the brownie shown in the picture looked like what I got. It wasn't just shown because that is what the coffee would taste like. Not a diabetes causing cup of coffee with tons of syrup. The base coffee was good. I recommend this place. The breakfast burrito was good too.“
“You can never go wrong with a Val’s burger and fries! It’s fun to watch them cook your food and it has always been so very tasty! Get a shake with your meal too, it’s worth it!Also, the prices are the best part, you can eat a full meal for less than $10 and you can even feed a family of 4-5 for less than $30! Depending on what you buy though….This place was also featured on tv once or twice, many local papers and has been around for a long time. They really know what they’re doing here!“
“I heard about this place through an app and was so excited to try it. The coffee and baked goods were fantastic and the atmosphere and staff were welcoming and friendly. So happy to see a place like this in the St.Cloud area. ?️?❤️“
“It’s really pretty inside. Think historic style building and a touch of Victorian style (at least that’s what I thought). Coffee is pretty good also, not too sweet and you can actually taste the coffee. I ordered the The Big Nut which is a seasonal drink and it’s nut too bad at all. Recommended this place for a hangout with friends.“
“1st time visit here. The atmosphere is super cozy, warm & inviting. Lost of seating. Food and drinks are somewhat lacking. Our espresso drinks were ok. However, mine tasted a little sour. The bakery items were good & soft - full of flavor, and banana crepe was also really good. I had the avocado toast and was the worst I've ever had. I'd say a tablespoon of avocado on each slice of toast, a little diced up tomato & cubed cheese. The drizzle of Balsamic was a nice tasty touch, but toast needed more ingredients. I ate 1/4 of it. Wish I ordered what everyone else had. Will go back, but will order myself crepes this time.“
“When you walk into Second Street, you are always greeted with a smile and pure kindness. The coffee is a smile in every cup, the food is delish, and the staff is beyond amazing and kind.I was having a really hard day (emotionally just sad and broken) I just wanted a coffee and went through the drive thru. The young lady must have heard the sadness in my voice.
