“Poor guy Ryder, he was working by himself. He acknowledged me when I came to the counter and said he'd be right with me. Phone ringing off the hook as he's trying to make coffee for others. I knew it would take a bit, but just the mere fact of acknowledging me is huge! Great customer service! Very friendly. Did not show any residue of being stressed. Made the perfect cup of coffee! This location is in a grocery store so it can get busy. Great job Ryder!“

“I went through the drive-thru and the person that was taking the orders through the drive through had a very bad attitude just because I was mistaken about something she was snotty at her reply needs to extremely work on that the rest of it because I was going through the drive-thru the food was actually got to me fast but it was cold.“

“(Sauk Rapids) First time customer, expecting to go to Rock Creek, as it had been a long time since I moved from SR. My initial disappointment was left at the door. light and cheerful ambiance. (how can the same space be different?) friendly staff, beyond the minimum politeness. I appreciated the comment about my Electric Mayhem T-shirt. I observed other customers getting the same great treatment. the coffee is good and unique.“
