“I ordered some breakfast sandwices and waters on a Sunday morning. Order transcription was accurate and promptly displayed on the screen, service was within normal limits for fast food. What was visible of the restaurant was clean and orderly as well as the employees that I interacted with in the drivethru. The one negative I have is that I find it annoying that an automated voice asks if you want to use the mobile app for ordering...Of course not thats why I am in the drive thru to place an order with a real person. If someone ordered on the mobile app they will just lead with that when the employee asks to take their order. No need to delay the ordering process of everyone. The food was great btw, breakfast always is. The new Steak egg n cheese bagel is great and very flavorful, and I am glad the steak had a normal texture of meat with fat, this way you can tell it isn't overly processed and is an actual cut of meat.“
