Definitely the most disgusting service I have ever had. Ordered my food and even had to wait for the undercooked chicken pictured. I got half the fries I ordered, also had to go back for the forgotten sauce for the nuggets that luckily were cooked. All for the 'low' price of $40.

Placed a mobile order 25 minutes before close and once I got there they told me they couldn’t see any orders because “the computers were down” I’ve worked in fast food and I’m not dumb. Just say you already cleaned everything and move on.

Absolutely disgusting.Half the tables weren’t wiped down, the service was bad they didn’t call out our number to let us know our food was ready. Shake was half melted. Floor had food on it despite there being like nobody else in here! Bathrooms could be cleaner!Wheelchair accessibility: All tables with chairs.

They burnt my egg McMuffin pretty bad and it tastes terrible (obviously cause of the bread), I feel bad complaining about stuff but this is just disappointing and shows they do not care at all. Wasted my money on garbage.

Couldn't get coffee order right. I ordered iced coffee with creamer and no sweetener and they made it with sweetener extra creamer. I went back through the drive through line and tried to correct them and the 2nd time they made it with no creamer. Then when I complained they called me rude. Today was not a fluke, the people at this location mess up the orders at least 1/2 of the times we go there. I think today is the last straw, it is the closest by I think to save the frustration I'll go to the next closest one from now on.
They don't change their grease enough, fries and hash browns are nasty! Employees are friendly but the food is not

WORST McDonald's I have ever been to!! The lady with the colorful hair was the rudest person I have ever came in contact with at a fast food restaurant!! We ordered online, yes our order was big we are a highschool team and order 26 fries, 13 6 pc nuggets and 12 cheeseburgers. however I did call the store ahead to tell them we were coming and that I ordered online. I was told they couldn't take the order before I got there. I had to be in the parking lot. I said ok but gave her the heads up that it was going to be a lot of fries, nuggets and cheeseburgers. she just hung up! we pulled in and I went inside, she at first claimed they didn't have my order but was going to go check something, she came back and tossed my receipt at me saying it would be awhile- which we totally understood. the whole time my assistant coach and I stood there she complained along with another person complaining from the back, " who orders this many fries, nuggets and burgers!" We are an adapted floor hockey team of 23 plus coaching staff from out of town! I could have brought everyone in and really wished it wasn't so late or I would have! When I asked her, her name she refused and told me to get out of her store- if this was the manager - that makes it even worse! There was one gentleman there (wish I would have gotten his name that was very polite and told me that I did it the correct way and thanked me for calling in and that they were just running there mouths. He is the only reason I gave them 1 star.

The most illiterate, rude, slow-minded group of workers I have ever met except this one dude who had common sense. They were to lazy to fix their mistake so they found an old regular deluxe chicken sandwich and tried to turn it into a spicy chicken sandwich with the few brain cells they have left. 2pm shift a bunch of slow lazy mf.

Staff seems friendly but who ever runs this location is awful at ordering supplies. They are always out of something. Fizz for the soda machine, flavors for the machine and gold lord a functional shake machine at a McDonald's? Ya it never works either.Oh and avoid the nuggets unless you like chewing on walnuts.
