The Local Blend has a great selection of drinks and is a fun place to stop in St. Joe. Their coffee is good, and they offer fun seasonal drinks as well as kombucha. I have gotten some decent lunch items here, but many of the baked goods, like the muffins and scones are dry and a bit lacking in flavor for my taste.

One of my favorite places in the area. They have so many vegetarian options, I never know which to choose. The bread they serve with their soups is always one of my favorite parts of my meal. I usually end up getting the 1/2 sandwich and soup combo with the Phyllis for my sammie and the soup I either get their (always Vegan) chili or a soup of the day if it sounds good. And then you still get a slice of bread or crackers with your soup and a side choice (which I always get the fresh fruit and it is always actually fresh, as advertised!). Their pizzas are great. The goat cheese one yummmmm. Breakfast all day too. They have a daily quiche and ready to go items also. We order them through food dudes a lot from way across town lol it’s honestly, one of my favorite “treachoself” spots and I feel nourished after I eat there. I’ve brought my grandma, little sisters, friends there too, and they are always happy.
I meet a friend here for coffee & conversation each month..noisy & seating taken up by people on computers or reading ?? Wish seating was dedicated to paying customers..or at least better seating

Love the atmosphere here! The vibe is really cozy, I could see myself getting work done here or meeting up with friends. The fall specialty drinks were delicious. The food left me wanting though, the cookie was dry and quiche kind of bland. Other than the food, this place was awesome! I’d be back again and would just stick to the drinks. Also, if you are gluten-free this would be a great place to go because they have many gluten-free options!Dietary restrictions: They have a bunch of gluten-free options! Super helpful.

My mom and I stopped in at THE LOCAL BLEND in Saint Joseph MN, to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee. Yum. Their French Dark Roast was hot & delicious. It’s a Crazy busy spot with lots of seating, but the team is so kind and efficient. Mom had a DOUBLE BERRY SCONE. She said it was the best scone she’s ever eaten in 79 years! My almond croissant was RIDICULOUS too. YUM YUM. THANKS much!!!
My favorite place to get coffee in the area. Friendly and homey feeling. A place where you feel like you can go in and slow down. Read a book, drink coffee or talk to a friend. Highly
