I always place a mobile order and take to go, so many of the negative reviews are about things I haven't experienced. Every drink I've had has been great, my favorites are half-chocolate white mochas or the bubble tea. Staff seems to be a little short at times, but no one's sitting around not doing anything, so I have no complaints about service time. It's almost always very prompt unless they're packed which isn't controllable if all the staff are...

Nice ambiance. Nitro High Rise is best coffee drink. Frozen Matcha bubble drink second personal favorite. Egg sandwiches usually a bit overcooked. Service is very prompt but does not interact with customers.
