I eat there often. But today was special. After my business partner and I left after lunch, I realized three and a half hours later I left my laptop bag there. Being a small business owner, I felt like I lost my wallet, car keys and passport all in one shot. I quickly called the store and they said they had it for me in the back. I got there and an awesome guy asked if I was the one who called about the bag - I'm sure he saw the terror in my eyes. He quickly grabbed it for me and gave me a big smile. Sure, a great sandwich is one thing. But great people is SO much better. Thank you so much for saving our butts today. We'll see you soon with a big tip in the tip jar. THANK YOU!! I echo a couple previous reviews...Horrible customer service.
I ordered online, it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Got to the store 15 minutes later, they hadn’t started it, there wasnt a single person in store and no mobile orders. Just 3 employees chatting and one yawning. After I told them the order I was waiting for, they said they would work on it. It took another 6 more minutes to get my order.

Don’t waste your time ordering ahead of time. No accountability or awareness of employees. Poor management.

The gentleman working the register this Sunday 7/7 was incredibly rude and really off putting. Hoping that he was just having a bad day. Really left a bad taste in my mouth. Would not recommended this location.

Horrible customer service.

It took another 15 minutes to get my order, and during this time, 4 other people came in, ordered and received their food.

I believe I had food poisoning from here. Can't prove it but was the only different thing I had from the rest of the household that hung me up about 10 hours after eating it. I had the Jersey Philly cheese stake

I walked in a few minutes before close (as did several others) and the staff was SOOOO nice and accommodating despite obviously being stuck there longer with a late line. The food was perfect and so appreciated as I was on my way to a place with no food. You guys rock. I’ll see ya again soon I’m sure!

Went to Jimmy Johns yesterday, that was a HUGE mistake. They are really starting to go downhill. Maybe that’s not such a bad thing. The owner is an avid, rare large game trophy hunter, which I personally think is disgusting.
Glad Jersey Mike’s around to take their money. It also helps that the food was delicious, the service was great and it was the same price if not cheaper.
