Lady at the front is extremely rude. Never had an issue with bad service dining in, but for takeout? Please look at your food before leaving, and Raku please train your staff in customer service, you can lose loyal customers.
This place is definitely in my top 5 for MN sushi places. Great quality, portions, and the Playboy roll should not be skipped

Man told me 10 mins to order food, then I heard that he told another customer they hqve 45 mins to order. went at 9 and they closed at 10 DO NOT GO!!! rude workers and got 6 sushi instead of 10-12 that normally come. super disappointed. Didn’t even get waters after 10 mins of sitting down.

Went to Raku this afternoon for the first time for lunch with my sister. The menu is great with lots of pictures and descriptions (even answers gluten free questions without needing to ask the server!) The food was INCREDIBLE! We ordered a handful of things but the Intense Ginger martini and their Mojito were amazing. They have a jalapeno yellowtail sashimi which was our favorite! Prices are great and the server was super quick and kind! Will be going again!

I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. The waiter was incredibly unprofessional. After my friends and I tipped him, he had the nerve to come back and whisper that we should’ve tipped him way more like he was trying to hide it from the other customers and staff. Completely inappropriate and honestly, outrageous behavior. It was sneaky, rude, and completely unacceptable. I’ve never experienced anything so entitled and disrespectful from restaurant staff.
