Man told me 10 mins to order food, then I heard that he told another customer they hqve 45 mins to order. went at 9 and they closed at 10 DO NOT GO!!! rude workers and got 6 sushi instead of 10-12 that normally come. super disappointed. Didn’t even get waters after 10 mins of sitting down.

Went to Raku this afternoon for the first time for lunch with my sister. The menu is great with lots of pictures and descriptions (even answers gluten free questions without needing to ask the server!) The food was INCREDIBLE! We ordered a handful of things but the Intense Ginger martini and their Mojito were amazing. They have a jalapeno yellowtail sashimi which was our favorite! Prices are great and the server was super quick and kind! Will be going again!

I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. The waiter was incredibly unprofessional. After my friends and I tipped him, he had the nerve to come back and whisper that we should’ve tipped him way more like he was trying to hide it from the other customers and staff. Completely inappropriate and honestly, outrageous behavior. It was sneaky, rude, and completely unacceptable. I’ve never experienced anything so entitled and disrespectful from restaurant staff.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered the Mongolian beef, and when it was served, it was lukewarm and the beef had a rubbery, unpleasant texture. I told the waiter I wasn’t going to eat it and asked if it could be returned.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, the waiter came back with a small plate, took a piece of beef from my dish, and said he would let the kitchen manager try it. When he returned, he told me the kitchen manager said the dish “tasted fine.” Are you serious? The fact that they thought it was appropriate to dismiss my concern by saying someone else liked it is baffling.
This kind of response is beyond unprofessional. The food was terrible, the service was even worse, and the lack of respect for the customer was shocking. I left completely disappointed and frustrated.
I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. 0/10 — avoid this place at all costs.

The Udon was good. Thats really the only good thing I can say about the experience. Everything else was just “OK”. The sushi is comparable to all you can eat Kyoto sushi. Overall the price doesn’t match the quality.

I had a couple of hot dishes delivered. VERY underwhelming for the price. Tiny, tiny portions; and nothing spectacular about them flavor wise. I’ve had far better take out and/or delivery.

I spent $17 for “filet mignon tataki” - if you can see the attached image, I’m pretty sure it was two bites of someone’s chewed up steak and smushed into some lettuce and marked as ‘sold’

My friend and I went to the west end location for lunch. We got the hurricane and the cherry blossom rolls. They were so delicious. FYI the rolls are big but we should’ve ordered three rolls, two wasn’t enough in my opinion. I think the bill was around $20 each. Kinda a lot for lunch but sushi isn’t cheap.

TERRIBLE!!! This place would not pass a health code violation, dirty tables and around. The food itself is a joke… they cut corners and give you cheap food, the quality and portions are terrible. The bill was over 100 dollars for little to no food. Anywhere else but here.
