Everything was very good. I got the White Russian roll which was fantastic. I will say the calamari is definitely a skip. The squid was rubbery and the batter was oily. The vibes in there were awesome. Super cozy and cute. Our waitress was very kind as well. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the mochi either, but the sushi entrees were quite good. I’d come back!

The worst experience I have ever had - they messed up the order and then the manager proceeded to yell at my mom for requesting a refund. This place is a joke and the manager needs a long look in the mirror on how to treat customers. The sushi was bad too by the way.

I've been ordering takeout from Raku Edina for a long time, however closer to when they closed the Edina location, the quality has gone completely down hill. I've ordered from the St Louis Park location a few times since Edina closed, and unfortunately it seems like they value profit more than customers. I ordered fatty tuna sashimi - paid $15, and what I got was laughable - 4 pieces of fish that's basically see-through because they cut them so thin. Their rolls used to have generous amount of tobiko and now it's barely any. All of the portions have scaled back and the prices gone up. Won't be ordering much from this place again.

We recently moved here from Chicago and have had a hard time finding good sushi. This was by far the best fish we’ve had and can’t wait to go back.
They charged me for an item that was out of stock, claimed they refunded it 3 times and then charged me again without any refund. It’s been over a week and still not even a pending refund. They straight up stole my money. Plus charged me 20% tip on the money they stole. If you’re in west end just get sushi from Crave.

Our order can be mixed up sometimes though, when you order the bento box and a side of fried rice, there have been a few times where the white rice that comes with it gets swapped out, instead of a side it is replaced. We arent always checked on. Other than that we have had good experiences.
