The online catering form was user-friendly, making the ordering process a breeze, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with any questions we had. My favorite restaurant in Downtown St Paul. I worked and lived in Downtown for the last year and a half, and Afro Deli is my favorite lunch spot. The employees are very friendly and provide prompt amazing customer service. The food is absolutely phenomenal…especially considering the price and quality of ingredients. Shaving Lamb off as it cooks, and applying good portion sizes too. I’m leaving in a week and will miss this place. If you haven’t tried it I highly suggest doing...

I try to make it to Afro Deli & Grill weekly. They are one of the places that make downtown a pleasure to work in. Everything I've tried on the menu, which is most things, is delicious but my favorite is the chicken curry with rice. The chicken is tender and flavorful, the curry is rich and savory with lots of vegetables and the rice compliments both to make a tasty and satisfying meal. Treat yourself to Afro Deli; your expectations will be surpassed.
