They claimed "Canh Bún" as the restaurant's specialty. Yet, the Canh Bún bowl they served did not even have "Rau Muống" (water spinach) in it which is a must for it to be called "Canh Bún". I asked the lady and her response was that they ran out of it. Yet, they decided to serve something (claimed to be their specialty) that was incomplete and not informing customer about. Worse, another lady came out stating that this is America and that I should not be expecting it to have Rau Muống.Speechless.

Selling food with bones at sky-high prices. Gradually, the pain and suffering are no longer the same as before.

Good pho. Not the best in the city but a good bowl. The atmosphere is very casual. The service was good.

I certainly like the Vietnamese iced coffee here. It has a strong taste to it. The mi seafood egg noodle soup tasted pretty good, but I would've like more egg noodles or seafood. I didn't get a whole lot of either. I came in during the lunch rush hour and the service was quite slow, but they had only two servers at the time. Overall, there are other better Vietnamese restaurants around the University area.

Some hidden charges that I didn't know of?? 4 banh mi, 4 desserts and 1 egg roll order and it costs $65 for it? I love their food but the price is insane. And considering that order is a takeout order makes it worse. Guess it won't be my go-to restaurant anymore. Too bad!! I really enjoy their food!!

The food was pretty basic, like others places. They're a little bit busy during lunch hour but service was ok. It's a small shop and during lunch hour it could get crowded other than that is a little nice place to dine in. it is a shop so you can expect to modernize. I did a grab and go for the food and my steamroll boun cuon has a bit smell of overdue meat. Their pastry or steam goods are to go when I have craving for honey comb. Really can't expect much from a small shop.

Owner desperate to get tip calculated n wrote it on my receipt and handed it to me to pay. I was dumb founded n speechless of her rudeness. Never go there again.

Ai Hue's Bakery & Deli in Saint Paul is a culinary delight, offering an excellent variety of Vietnamese treats. Their banh mi is particularly noteworthy, boasting great bread and overall flavor. The canh bun and mung bean drink add to the diverse and authentic taste experience. Their bakery items, including bahn cuon and a variety of bread like honeycomb bread (pandan), are not only delicious but also exude a homely vibe. The service is quick and friendly, making every visit pleasant. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic Vietnamese flavors with a touch of homeliness

Terrible Chicken bahn mi (taste of the sauce was disgusting) and laughably small coffee for the cost (only a fifth of the cup was filled the rest was ice for 5$) save yourself the time and go to one of the many other Vietnamese restaurants.

The food was okay, not too delicious like some restaurants in Brooklyn Park!He charged me tips in the credit card by himself even though I told him I put tips in cash on the table and over -charged some deserts to go also! Never come back here!

The name is confusing bc I initially thought it was a deli and bakery. But it's actually a full-on restaurant. Pho and bun bo hue is pretty average. Expected a little more flavor, especially with the bun bo hue. I'll skip the bahn mi next time. Not much meat and no pate, even though I asked for extra. The parking and entrance are in the back of the restaurant. Overall food was at best 3.5 stars out of 5.
