Bought some peaches today. Theyre listed as 3.99lb. Got charged 3.99 x 8... yup. my fault for not checking at the register then and there but seriously... what the f. no I didnt take a receipt so yeah im double f up. like wow these 7 items should had like $42, nope it was $57
Lazy and rude employees. Went to self checkout because lines weren’t long, as I was checking out, the chicken I bought I realized it had no barcode. I requested for help on the screen and waited patiently. There were employees walking around and I tried to wave them down but nobody came. I waited for 10 minutes. I just gave up and was planning on leaving my items because although I no longer wanted one item I was going to pay for the rest, the screen still needed assistance approval. People behind me were starting to get upset.
I started bagging in hopes to get someone to come, and as I was walking towards the bagging area an employee comes. She says to me with attitude and raised voice “Why would you leave I was comin!?”
I said to her I waited patiently for 10 minutes while nobody came. She rolled her eyes and said she was with a “customer”. There was no customer she was helping unless that’s their new way of saying she was just busy walking around.
food is never fresh or ready. sphagetti in hot food bar dried up, spoons are dirty. asked how long on tenders this guy told me TWO hours. This place sucks, lazy employees. Your average HOOD store treatment. Should be fined how unsanitary they appear.
Place has gone downhill
Today 07/03/2024 at 9:00 PM, I was waiting in line to get my items ring up. Keysha the cashier told me that she is closed for the night, so I went to the next line to wait for my item ring up. As I was waiting in line, I saw a black dude came to Keysha's register and she rang him up. To me that is racism and discrimination, A lot of people behind me agreed that what she did was wrong. Apparently, the old lady that was black being a cashier backed her up telling me that she was closed, but didn't mention anything about the black dude that she rang up. I hope that she is punish for her action that night.
Absolutely disgusting store. No self checkouts I'm sure do to theft. No such thing a fresh meat in this store. Everything I looked at I wouldn't even consider buying.
Awesome but sometimes they're so busy the day before I get there there's a lot of things that aren't on the shelves but it's still the best place to shop because all though some things weren't on the shelves there were stock personnel right there loading the shelves just what I wanted wasn't there right away but it was being put on the shelves so it's still a good store on Clarence Street in Saint Paul because they were stocking as I was there I was just too impatient to wait. I love the cub on Clarence Street in Saint Paul.
I think because we all complained so much about having to check ourselves out thru self check out that this Cub especially but all of em really plus another big name store are now getting their revenge by closing down self check out and doesn't matter what time of day, expect to stand in one of two long a*s lines to check out. If you're like me you're instantly regret going there as soon as you walk in the door.
spoiled food is stocked on shelves. sold without any reprecussions or consequences because they take money from your government cards and rarely ever give, offer, or print an accurate reciept.
Great find balloons to roses, Granddaughter EMT Graduation ??

It's 2 lanes open and they cut off the self check out lanes. It's s line down the aisles. I'm definitely not coming to this store ever again.
It’s ok. All the staff here are nice and helpful. Recently the time it takes to checkout has increased to 15+ mins
Lots of foods
They are understaffed. There is usually a wait in line. Full service grocery store with a pharmacy and bank so you can get pretty much anything you need. Prices are really high at the Eastside cub.
Not good for quick stops.
