I haven’t been to downtown St. Paul in over a decade and I still crave their blacked chicken and rice combo. It’s so damn good. Amazing food. Best food court/take out place I’ve ever had.!?And the family who run it is very sweet.
I worked in downtown St. Paul from 2000-2017. During that time I averaged eating here once per week. The food was always tasty, consistent, and reasonably priced. We made a trip back downtown last year specifically to stop here and bring some home. Not only was the food as great as always, but they remembered us despite our years' long absence. Can't wait to go back!
I used to work in St Paul and would come here at least once a week. I had an appointment in St Paul and so made it a point to come here again. After 12 years away I was very happy to find that the both the food and service were as good as I remembered. My only disappointment is that I do not have the opportunity to come here more often.
