Waited over 20 minutes just to get asked what we wanted the drink while others who arrived after us got served and ordered immediately. I asked a server to help us order as we were ready but got told to wait for another server. I was very dissatisfied and left. I would rate 0 but unfortunately i have to give them a 1. Normally, I would give Applebee's a 3-4. But yesterday, the waitress was amazing and the food, phenomenal!! Had the new chicken sandwich-added cheese and onion-and it was amazing!!!! So good!! It hit every right note for a chicken sandwich-even had the brownie bite for dessert and it was the perfect size!!!
Vegetarian options: Not many options, but I'm sure you could subtract any protein from the chosen dish.
Dietary restrictions: They do have menus for gluten free options
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and crayons. Very patient with them.
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors have the button to open, there are ramps to get onto the eating areas with tables.

It's applebees, so we all know what we're getting into here. This location in the world of applebees is a good one. Clean, nice staff, quick service. We stopped in after work for happy hour and enjoyed our time there!
Went with friend to hang out and enjoy appetizers and drinks. Food in the restaurant was good. However, I ordered a to-go burger to bring home to hubby, asked for classic bacon cheeseburger well done. Got it home and it was completely pink in the middle. He did not notice until after he took 2 bites. I called the location and talk with manager, she apologized and said I would be comped. Husband woke up feeling very sick this morning and so far, no compensation from location. Needless to say, they are now on our no-go list.
I loved the atmosphere, waitresses were great and the prices were ok.

Stopped in for the 9.99 deal and ended up with a 3 for 34.99 or whatever the highest was. I got the steak asked for Medium and it came out Well Done, it was dry but covered that up with some steak sauce. My husband got the chicken and shrimp he liked it but he said it was definately a frozen entree as it had a reheat flavor. and do not order wine even on happy hour it is stoll 9.00 a glass and that the cost of the bottle at the liquor store.

First time EVER going there. And will be the last The food was barely mediocre Mozzarella sticks were tepid, as were the onion rings. The coating on the fish was hard. And obviously re-fried. Once I chipped off the harder chunks of crust, it was kind of edible. But the WORST was the "steamed brocolli". It was absolutely HORRIBLE! It was not even warm enough to melt the butter! And SO salty, it burned my tongue! Made me literally GAG! I can't even figure out how the heck so much salt could even be in it! Especially, since there is salt on the table, for people who have no taste buds. Worst birthday dinner, ever! Only saving grace was the server. She was excellent

I recently had a disappointing experience at this Applebee's location.
Firstly, the service from management was poor. I ordered ribs and appetizers, but the food was dry, lacked flavor, and was poorly presented. It did not resemble the enticing pictures in the menu at all.
After my initial experience, I reached out to the corporate office and received a referral to this location. However, I did not receive any compensation for the subpar meals.
As a long-time customer of Applebee's, especially this location, it saddens me to see how kitchen oversights, declining food quality, and lack of attention from management can diminish the overall customer experience.

My family and I stopped in for lunch. We ordered 2 of the whole lotta bacon burgers with Lots of pink with fries, an order of boneless Buffalo wings and an order of onion rings. For drinks we had 2 beers and a triple cherry Shirley. 1 burger was perfectly pink, the other was totally well done, neither had really any flavor whatsoever. The fries were way over salted. The onion rings were bland, no flavor. The wings were shrunken they were so small and over done, the Buffalo flavor was off. Our child wanted a refill of the Shirley and no one was coming to our table, he had to go to the bar and wait to get a refill. Totally disappointed for the price we paid! Will never return!
