Used to like this location but the extremely poor drive thru quality tonight solidified that I will no longer visit here. Extremely poorly wrapped chicken wraps, rushed. Also they forgot to give a straw and while they were handing the food I asked and they just ignored it and shut the drive thru window. Service has declined tremendously. Unfortunate.

When I got to the window I asked if there was some cheese on that sandwich fish sandwich he told me no so I asked if they could put cheese on there I'll pay for it but he had this look on his face through drive-thru like he didn't want to do it I told him it's not that hard to put a piece of cheese in between the sandwich he decided to argue with me and I told him I'm the customer and said I was rude but yeah he asked me I was rude when it wasn't the case he started getting rude when I asked about adding cheese that's where it started he was on drive-thru on a Saturday and I believe it was at 5:00 pm. Again he got rude with me when I asked him to add cheese. Oh and I ask for five pieces of jalapeno poppers with the Berry sauce and guess what? I didn't get the sauce.

Today we ordered a large fry, lemonade and jalapeño poppers from the drive thru. As we ordered, we saw a sign that if we donated $1 we could get a small fry with cheese, so we asked to change to that instead of the large fry. He said “okay pull around to the next window” and did not verbally confirm the order, which would have prevented the problem we had. They said food would take awhile so we drove up front and they brought it to us. They charged us for a medium fry and a $1 small fry. I went in to get an adjustment and the first thing the associate told me was “that’s not possible, I read your order back to you, you better pay more attention next time.” Ummm what?? If he read the order back, the two of us in the car certainly would have corrected him….not to mention, we initially ordered a large fry not a medium before we asked to switch. He made multiple mistakes but turned it on me and offered no apology and never considered that he played a role in the mistake. Michael must have been having a bad day, but he didn’t have to be a prick about it. He also requested the fries back which I happily gave back, but the way he went about it seemed more like he was reinforcing that this was my mistake. After he processed a refund to my card, he let the receipt fall to the ground and just walked away. From start to finish it was an awful experience.
