PLEASE DO NOT JUDGE KURDISH FOOD BY THE FOOD THIS PLACE SERVES. One of the worst experiences of Kurdish food I had so far. The service was super slow, food was bad especially the briani-they used old briani and it was super dry. The soup we had was insanely sour as if the chef never tastes the food. This place has gone down hill. Even by Kurdish/ middle eastern standards, the customer service was really bad let alone American customer service. It is suppose to be a Kurdish restaurant and they were playing Turkish music. Horrible!! We will never go back there again. I don’t recommend it.

The beef kebab was stunning, succulent and perfectly seasoned. The cuisine is authentically Kurdish, offering rich flavors. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Service is excellent. A must-visit!!

Dietary restrictions: It isn't difficult to avoid wheat at Babani's (here, until somebody fets baklava, I don't feel left out at all).

This place is probably one of our favorite spots in the twin cities. It’s like a homemade meal, made to order. So good! And so affordable!

Very prompt service and delicious food. The picture doesn't include the lemon soup and Kurdish bread with feta. I would highly recommend both. Both the beef and chicken kabobs were moist and flavorful. The rice and beef dumplings were crispy on the outside and tender inside. Eggplant with beef and tomato sauce was very good too.Parking: Loads of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp.

The food was fresh and lively. Garlic and citrus fills the air. A truly authentic experience. A tad overpriced (16$ for 1pc.of chicken/3 potato sections). And the potatoes were almost the best part. Softly simmered in chicken stock, lemon, garlic and possibly thyme. Dinner #6. ❤️

Great food and wonderful flavors. And healthy! Have eaten there numerous times. Highly recommend Babani's.

This place was really good! The tabouli salad was bright and refreshing and the Sheik Babani was tender and comforting. The Kubey Brinji was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. However the highlight has to be the baklava, it comes out warm and the filling is perfectly spiced with all of the comforting flavors. Would love to come again and try more items on the menu!
