I called an hour before they closed for a Italian beef and the lady started talking to someone else then came back to me just to tell me that she doesn't have any Italian beef because they are about to close in an hour which made no sense to me. I tried to support this black business but I'm pretty sure they won't last very long. They should fix their attitude if they want people to put money into their business. I will never go back again, thanks

Great little place on Arcade street! Wings were well cooked and seasoned! Stumbled on it looking for some late night eats and looking forward to trying other menu items!!!
ER visit from the food, stay away from doctor said I had a parasite from fecal matter. Employees need to wash hands thoroughly and bath regularly.

I have eaten at this place three times, and only because the food is decent. The service though. Gosh. It is not great, which is sad because I really want to support black owned businesses - but honestly, I'm not sure the owner wants to be in business. It feels a lot like she cooked for someone, and that person said, "you should open a restaurant" and so she did, and then regretted it. The first time I went, I didn't order online. But she was closed during her open hours, so I had to wait until she opened up. No smile. No warm greeting. No apology. It's like I was a burden to come into her store. The second time I ordered through door dash. But she didn't turn it on or something and the order fell through. So I had to wait until she connected her phone to doordash for me to even place an order. It really, really feels like she doesn't want business. My coworker, who is not white, had the owner being really pleasant with her. I feel like the owner also didn't want to serve me because I am white. The third time here just now, I am trying the same thing, and again it will drop...so I will order from another place that does want my business.I really feel like Bay-Bay doesn't want to be in business. If you have the patience, the food is good. The service...not so much.
