The burrito was really bland and the green chili had absolutely no kick. The service, starting from the host up to our waitress, didn’t feel welcoming at all. We realized that they had a lunch buffet after already ordering our dishes. Our waitress, knowing that this was our first time at the restaurant, didn’t mention a single word about the buffet. Very disappoint experience.

We had a large group of seven. I was very glad I made reservations a month before. It was very busy which made food a little slow but it was worth the wait. I had the American chimichanga with black beans. Everyone was very happy with their food.

We love Boca Chica. It’s a family favorite for sure. The food is always delicious and for my money, the best margaritas in the Twin Cities.

Great neighborhood Mexican Restaurant. The place where you feel like family. Excellent food and a great place to unwind.
Atmosphere was alright as far as a Mexican Restaurant goes. Service was fantastic considering how busy they were. Food was fantastic.

Delicious Mexican food and one of the best family run restaurants in the cities. Lunch buffet, brunch on Sundays and the perfect margaritas! They even cater! 11/10!

Boca Chica has an awesome lunch buffet! It was a great place for our group of 12 to meet for lunch. There were so many great dishes including two kinds of enchiladas, sopa de puerco, quesadillas, fried tacos, pork guisado, salad, chips, rice, beans plus desserts. Everyone really enjoyed themselves.
Always great service and great food. They did well with our large party (we made reservations) The patio is nice, as well as the inside.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options that are clearly markedParking: Both in the lot and on street
