I stopped here for a water. They charge a hidden 4% fee for service to support their staff. There was a self check-out. I rang up my own water. So I payed 4% to check myself out. I am very against hidden fees — please just raise your prices if needed.

I had the fried chicken chicken melt. Food lacks flavor. Everything needed salt. Ketchup could not save it. I ordered my food at 8:27 am. The confirmation email said that it would be ready by 8:47. When the time came, I asked for my order and it turns out the employee working the counter didn't put it in. I was asked to wait for another 6 minutes for the food. 6 minutes turned into 15 minutes and the food was finally ready. I went to sit down and was told that to go boxes were not allowed in the seating area. I did not see a sign stating this, otherwise I would have sat down and ordered and probably gotten my food sooner. There were plenty of other open seats for other customers that may want to dine in. If there wasnt room for other dine in customers, I would understand. Another customer that dined in ask for a smaller to go box and was rudely told they only had one sized box. Go to another place to eat. You'll get better food and better service.

I recently had the misfortune of experiencing what I can only describe as the worst dining service in my 15 years in the US. As a frequent traveler who flies over 200 hours per year and dines out almost daily, I have a broad perspective on customer service standards, particularly at airport venues. My visit to this place was fraught with miscommunication and indifference. Initially, my order, which was meant to be for dine-in, was incorrectly processed as a takeout. This confusion led to an awkward situation where I was directed to wait in the pick-up area, only to have my order served for dine-in and then repackaged as a takeout. The experience worsened when I was inexplicably asked to leave the dining area, aka kicked out, while trying to order additional items. The staff’s demeanor throughout was cold and uninviting, showing little regard for customer satisfaction. The attached photo showcases the $17 breakfast I received, which speaks volumes about the quality and value for money. This level of service and presentation is unacceptable, especially at this price point.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Bottle Rocket to improve their service, more important, to help future customers to avoid this place. As it stands, I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience.

A few nice beers on tap, decent food. Service was friendly and helpful! Shout-out to Rick for directing me to the right gate when I mistook my seat number for the gate number!

One of the WORST experiences ever. Literally took over 40 MINUTES for my pickup order of sandwich and fries. Pretty sure they just forgot to start my order and only made it when I already complained about it. By the time they gave the food to me, I've already lost my appetite. I'm so pissed I'm writing this review while waiting at the gate to board just minutes after they gave me my food. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I debated eating here because of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. The food was good (especially for an airport), decently priced and the server was super friendly and fast. Ordering and paying on the app was easy.

I ordered a fried chicken melt with fries and it was much better than I thought it would be. The chicken was moist and the sauce, maybe honey mustard was tasty too. The food choices in this part of the airport are really limited so I’m glad I chose Bottle Rocket. I’d recommend it for a quick airport meal.

Waited quite awhile for take out 20 min. Rushed to plane. Then the chicken strips were over cooked. Parts black. Threw most away. Do not dine

Food is bland. Nothing special about what is touted as local fare. Coffee was close to water. Reminded of endless diner stuff. You should expect more when paying same as specialty coffee shop.

Good food, attentive staff. Very nice menu!!! Not a fan of QR codes for ordering. Yet, that seems the way of the world.

Pros: staff was friendly and doing their best to help everyone at a busy place. Being to one side of the terminal, it wasn't as crowded as other places. Portions were large. Cons: pricey for pretty blasé food. Very greasy spoon, but $16, I was hoping for more flavor than quantity. The entire ordering system is done via QR code - normally that's a plus, but the interface was not intuitive. More than half the customers just flat out gave up on trying, making the server more tech support than a server. Overall, interesting concept that isn't hitting the mark. Should've just grabbed a breakfast sandwich at the kiosk down the way.

Must order on line and pay as you order…asks for a tip at this time but you haven’t had any service yet. Food was ok but eggs were cool. Not too often you see a waiter sitting at a table but that’s what she was doing! Could have taken our order but that’s not what this place does! And want a tip, for what I am not sure!!!
