First and foremost, I will say that I love Bruegger's and this one, I would say, is quite comparable to other Bruegger's Bagels that I have been to in quality of service and the taste of the food.Only once have I ever been to this location and I haven't waited in line so if you are coming here expect to wait just because it is so busy almost all the time!Something else that just comes with this location being busy is that they don't always have a very large selection of bagels which can be a little bit disappointing at times but is understandable. If you are in a rush I would 100% recommend ordering ahead!!!!!!Even though there are sometimes some hiccups, if it's during a rush, the staff are always super kind and helpful (the staff that I interacted with today were especially helpful and kind to me and the other customers in the store). I'm very grateful to have a Bruegger's so close to me and that they are actually open when they are say they will be unlike the Erbert's and Gerbert's next door.

I went there craving for fresh bagels, but very disappointed. The bagels are cold abd rough as rock . Wasted my $, gas and time. I was shamed of buying that And told my husband it's donation from kids school. Sad and disappointed. How could you sell that? MY ADVICE TO OTHERS, PLEASE STAY AWAY

This was horrible - they didn't tell us it was cash only until we had ordered and were standing at the register ready to pay. No signs anywhere telling us - the girl at the register just yelled to the rest of the customers. They were rude taking and giving us our orders.

I hate to be that person, but if I could give zero stars I most definitely would. The customer service here is awful and the employees are so rude. I truly do not expect great customer service especially for a fast chain, but I would really love it if they could spare the attitude and eye rolls. When I was there first and last, there seemed to be a lack of communication between the two workers. Neither of them looked at each other. One of them manned the front and the other looked like they were on break or cleaning in the back. The one in the back continued to clean towards the front. She was closer to the register and barely even looked at me and mumbled, "what do you want." Not even a hi, hello, can I help you? I could tell she was getting more annoyed as the line grew longer and even more annoyed at me like she couldn't be bothered to make my salmon bagel. I was with two of my friends who are literally the nicest people ever, and even they agreed on the terrible service and attitude ridden experience. I have no business being in Saint Paul anyway, but I'm definitely not coming back. Plus the fact that this location has an average of two stars truly says it all.

I truly do not know why I continue to go to this location, convenience I guess. I know it's very hard to find workers right now and I expect to wait in line because there is usually only one person on the line helping people. I was waiting a few minutes without any acknowledgement from the girl on the line or the girl behind the cash register. A guy, who must be more of a regular comes in behind me and the girl at the register takes his order, before mine. A real gentlemen would have made sure I'd been helped first but whatever. I ordered a coke and didn't drink it until I was in my car, it tasted way off but it was too much to go back in and see what kind of attitude I'd get if I asked for another. The customer service is severely lacking, I don't want to put all the blame on the employees but come on corporate, help this store get it together! I'll be taking a break from visiting for a while.

Service here is terrible right now. Limited bagels available, slow, online ordering is ridiculous, rude employees. I have not had the problems I've had here at other local Brueggers.

Staff needs a little training. I've twice tried to order a Leonardo DaVeggie and the first time I just got a bagel with veggie cream cheese. The second time I got an Herby Turkey (good thing I'm not vegetarian!). Also tried to order soup at 11:30 AM and the woman behind the counter just giggled and said "oops, I forgot to heat the soup today!" Get it together!

Hope you put in your online order an hour before you want to pick it up. Consistently out of certain bagels and understaffed. EXTREMELY slow service.

Formerly a favorite but complete employee turnover has resulted in very slow service. Maybe it will be OK once they get some experience, if management treats them well enough to stay around.

Rude workers and grinds in the coffee.After filling up my coffee I noticed grinds floating in my cup. I politely asked the cashier if she could dump my cup out for me so I could get a different kind of coffee. She told me the grinds were fine. I said I preferred not to drink them and she told me that they are just coffee grinds and that that’s what happens when you make coffee. I said I have never bought a cup of coffee with grinds in it. She reluctantly dumped out my cup but all of the grinds were stuck on the side. I asked if she could rinse it for me or give me a new cup. She again resisted and instead talked back to me - this is just what happens, it’s on the coffee canister spout, etc etc.All I asked for was a clean cup. I didn’t complain. Why she chose to be rude to a customer rather than just apologizing and rinsing my cup is beyond me.

This place is by my work, I've been there multiple tiMrs over the years as there is nothing else nearby. The staf is very rude, slow and doesn't even greet or look at you when you walk in. Yesterday morning there were three people working behind the counter, I timed I stood there for five minutes before it someone help me. One of the girls was making eggs and the other two were just talking to each other.
