This is one best bars in the city when it comes to the food. The quality that is coming out of the small tucked in kitchen is amazing! The dip sandwich was probably the best dip style sandi I've ever had plus the homemade chips are fire. The chicken sandwich is like no other place around and so delicious. The service and atmosphere are also A+ can't be beat. It seems like everyone working really cares, I can't say enough good things about this place! Come to the Eastside asap!

Great spot on Payne to meet friends or take the family. It can get pretty noisy inside but in the not-freezing weather the patio is gorgeous. They have the best cheese curds on the planet.

The most I can say about Brunson's is that it's become a second home for us the past few years living in St Paul.
There isn't a bad choice on the menu. We get deviled eggs basically every time we go because they are so good we just can never pass them up.
Their specials are always fantastic, last night got fish and chips and they were completely on point and the homemade tartar was absolutely absurdly delicious.
Everything is delightful here. It's easily one of the best places in St Paul and if you've not been here yet idk what to tell you, put down your phone and go right now!

Great hot Italian sandwich. Chips were legendary. Nice outside terrace.
Decided to stop by this cute little joint! What a wonderful experience , our server was so energetic and made the dining a pleasant experience. Started off with the appetizer pretzels , so GOOD! Not sure what the seasoning was in these but perfect starter. Got the NO PAYNE no gain hamburger and it was a hit! It was the perfect pairing. 9/10 stars!
