Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Our server was great and the food was delicious! We have never had a bad meal here! However it was very cold inside! They said the section they sat us in had been having trouble with the temperature. So why then if you are aware of it why seat your guests there?!

We always enjoy coming here with our six kids. Gama provided us with great service. Just disappointed at the increased prices, but I get it.

Very pleased with our experience at Buca. Service was excellent and other staff very friendly.

Went for Thanksgiving. The dining room was sooo cold, we were rather uncomfortable throughout our meal. I suspect they were having heating problems, as space heaters were set up in some places. The food was fine. Not great, not bad. The turkey was warm, not hot, when served, so it turned cold very fast. Pie was meh. Service was excellent, very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Ambiance was festive and would have felt cozy had it not been so cold!

Turkey and stuffing were very dry, cold food, bread was hard as a rock. Very disappointing. We will not be back. And they say is next to the door and it was very cold.

Food didn't meet my expectations and the price was too high. Refused to accept my Buca gift cards for $100, saying they didn't honor them anymore because they were 2 years old. Even though they had in the past.

Delicious Italian pasta served family style in a fun environment. Good service with excellent chicken carbonara!

I ate there last night with my sister, nephew and niece. The service was excellent and timely and the chicken picatta was served hot and was very tasty. The garlic mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts however, were cold. A bit disappointed in that but will probably go back sometime. When we do, we'll make sure to request these dishes be served hot.

We visited for a special family celebration and unfortunately, the experience didn't quite meet expectations. Our reserved seating wasn't available when we arrived, and the alternative setup felt a bit chaotic. The staff was friendly and tried to help.

Server was very efficient and friendly. The food is always amazing at bucca no matter what you get. I went there with my younger brother and we had fantastic service from our servers, they were very friendly and helpful. They never let our waters run out. Our server even helped take a couple picture for us to have as memories , he was really happy to help with that so we appreciate that. We got our cocktails which were amazingly good in a timely manner. We got our fried mozzarella for an appetizer and it definitely was good and it came out fast. We ordered shrimp Alfredo and the penne ala vodka the pasta had amazing flavor and they always serve it in family portions so we had more than enough to take home for leftovers! I love going to bucca because the servers I've had have always given excellent service in timely manner with a smile on their face, positive attitudes, and always happy to help with any questions. They always also make sure to have a good understanding of what it is that you exactly want they make sure they get every order right and to your liking. I definitely recommend bucca for anyone who loves Italian food they have a nice and cozy comfy atmosphere so you really get that Italian feel!

Buca used to hold special & fond memories for our family as the food, the ambiance & the service was always outstanding. We loved the whole dinning experience! However, our dinner last night was similar to what we could have gotten at The Olive Garden or Applebee's, with the exception of the garlic bread, which was excellent. We ordered chiken fettuccine, garden salad & garlic bread & it was bland, flacking flavor, and the chicken tasted like it was old & had been refrozen several times. Sadly, not the quality food we remembered. Our waiter was quick, professional, and polite.

The food was fabulous. Beautiful presentation and served hot and fresh. Absolutely delicious. Our server Adam was very well versed and patient. The entire experience was enjoyed by all 10 of our guests. We would highly recommend this Buca location for its history, ambiance and quality food.

I’ve been going to Buca for as long as I can remember and it’s always been amazing however I’m shocked as to how much it has declined since I’ve been there last (5 years ago) the food was sub par and not as good as I remember it, I felt unseen by my waiter and she didn’t acknowledge that we made a reservation under anniversary and to top off the night I ordered my favorite desert the tiramisu which has been my favorite at this location for years and no other establishment has even come close to how this desert tasted, I was very disappointed when it wasn’t prepared how it used to be and the desert tasted dry and not what it’s supposed to be. Over all it turned an exciting milestone for me and my spouse into an overly expensive bland dinner. I don’t think the price matches the meals anymore and I feel like after reading some of the others reviews lots of other people have the same thoughts.

Awesome family restaurant. Great food and atmosphere. The menu has something for everyone. The service is fantastic and friendly. I highly recommend Buca di Beppo in St. Paul. Cheers!
