Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

The food was bland and the salad had more wilted lettuce than it should. We were disappointed to say the least.

Just ate there with my family of 4 and am very disappointed. Lasagna was mushy and tasteless. Spaghetti tasted as though a can of diced tomatoes were emptied on it without any sort of seasoning. Gratefully the Garlic bread was good and so was the service.

Side note - the little table light on our booth had exposed wires. If a kid were to touch it, or anyone, they would be in for a shock. My husband (an electrician) did mention it to the server and he kindly said he would tell a manager. Hopefully that happens!

Overall, poor food for the super high prices.

Buca s a really great place to get some really awesome Italian food. Best Italian food I've ever eaten. Remember the portions are really big so make sure that if you're eating just for yourself to get like a children's spaghetti because even the child spaghetti is enough for one person way more than enough. If you want a good meal for relatively cheap you can't go wrong with this place

Food was good staff was very sweet as well most things are served family style but if your coming in by yourself they let you get a lunch portion but options are limited

The food and the service was great and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

Hugo!!!!!!! We had a dinner for our son tonight to celebrate him turning 15. There's not a lot that gets me excited about a restaurant in general, but Hugo..... Let me tell you, when a waiter is attentive without over taking the meal, and entertaining, and fun... Well let me tell you, there were 7 of us and we all loved it due to this waiter. When we left, we were all still talking about how great he was. I feel I left a fair tip, but man I wish I had the money to have left him a lot more. Did I mention Hugo? He really made this dinner great. Thank you Hugo!!

Just want to say thank you to the staff for accommodating multiple people with physic and cognitive disabilities on Father’s Day, and doing so with a smile on their faces. My father has a brain injury and is very excited about his new collectors car. The staff went above and beyond in acknowledging his excitement by taking time to go and see his car. I’m grateful that they recognized he was different and made him feel welcome. They also went above and beyond accommodating my mother in law with her scooter/physical disabilities

FANTASTIC! We had Buca cater our son's grad party and were not disappointed. The food (and all of the catering extras) were above and beyond our expectations. Excellent portions, wonderful service. Couldn't be happier with this experience! Grazie!

This was a great place to celebrate a college graduation. Chicken parmigiana and the quatro el forno were amazing but so was the rest of the food.

We came to your restaurant yesterday to celebrate our anniversary and were looking forward to a nice evening. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Shortly after we were seated, our server brought us warm bread with olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, and butter. It looked great at first, and we both started eating. After several bites, I realized the bread had mold on it. I had already eaten most of my piece before noticing, which was really upsetting and made me feel sick to my stomach. I still don't know how I missed it at first, but once I noticed, I couldn't unsee it. When our pizza arrived, it was brought by a different server. I mentioned the moldy bread to him, and all he said was “OK” before taking the basket away. He didn't apologize, ask any follow-up questions, or acknowledge the seriousness of the situation. His response felt careless and dismissive. Later, our original server Linda returned to check on us. I told her what happened, and she was very apologetic and seemed genuinely concerned. She apologized multiple times and said she would take care of the bill for us, which we appreciated. However, my boyfriend decided to pay the full amount of $26.37 anyway, because we didn't want to feel like we were getting something for free or cause a bigger scene. This was supposed to be a special night, but the moldy bread and lack of response from the second server really impacted our experience. I also felt uneasy knowing I had eaten mold without realizing it right away. We're sharing this feedback not to complain, but in hopes that it helps improve food quality control and staff communication. Thank you to Linda for her kindness, but we hope the overall experience can be taken seriously and used to make sure this doesn't happen to other guests.

As usual Buca's did not disappoint! Great fresh food and an excellent server! The atmosphere is great! Highly recommend Buca's to anyone wanting great Italian Food!

Our waitress, Liberty was very nice and pleasant. She gave us plenty of time to look at the menu and decide on our order.

Had a wonderful dinner with my sister and my husband at this restaurant. They are very good, especially when it comes to blindness etiquette, because I have a service dog. They put us in a place where he could rest comfortably, and we were also comfortable so that I could thoroughly enjoy my dinner without him Being in the way, or me worrying about that. The food was excellent! We had the chicken Parmesan, and a side of broccoli with garlic, crushed red pepper, and pecorino Romano cheese. The service was great, prompt, and courteous. The drinks were also wonderful as well. The Joe's old-fashioned is one I would definitely recommend, along with the red sangria. Desserts? Get the cannoli! Just like it says in the godfather, keep the cannoli! Hands-down, the best dessert they have there. Definitely looking forward to going back in the summer months, and loving the fun, casual, and happy atmosphere of this place. 

As usual, the service and food was wonderful. Our waiter Adam is always amazing and is very attentive and nice.

Great place!! We had an amazing server he did a great job we had a party of over 20 and he was so so good!! Food was amazing also and the environment was very unique in a very good way!
