We ordered chicken wings and We paid for the order. Guess what…! They never give our food when we ask the person, they didn’t even check for it and simply said “it’s in kitchen and we can’t do nothing about it”.As it turned out I paid for the food which I didn’t even look at it.Wonderful experience!!I am not sure why some BWW franchises thinks it’s a monopoly of chicken Wings and serve “what and how” they like!!

These guys took the payment for the order (Just Nachos) and made me wait until my flight leave. Staff were unresponsive and very rude. I waited for so long and I had to just leave the food behind and board the flight. Worst restaurant experience in a very friendly Airport.

based on the reviews, we were 50/50 i’m coming here during a layover. Service, food, and atmosphere or all better than we expected given the review we saw. I am a card carrying member of the Buffalo Wild Wings rewards program and was happy that I could enjoy one of my favorite staples while trapped in an airport :-)

Stopped here for lunch and had a very nice waitress. We had to leave early due to the flight but they packed up our food quickly and even offered free milk for our young child. Food was cooked and seasoned and it was nice having it fresh for the plane ride.

Best airport wings I've ever had!The server was friendly and attentive.He sat me out where I could cheer on those folks running/scurrying to catch their connecting flights.I might have drank 2 too many Mountain Dews...
It's an airport Buffalo Wild Wing nothing great but nothing but nothing bad. Service was good, especially for an airport.

Decided to come here because we had gift cards to use up and watch the MN Timberwolves before our flight. A little apprehensive based on past reviews but was pleasantly surprised with the food and prices! Would come back next time we are flying out of MSP- service was quick and food was tasty, fav app was hatch queso!Kid-friendliness: Kid menus

I frequently travel to MSP Airport multiple times a year and I always make it a point to visit Buffalo Wild Wings. It's a lively place regardless of which state you're in. However, the food at this particular location is just average. The main issue I have is with the service, especially from the grumpy blonde bartender. She once cut me off after only three beers, and I suspect it may be because I talk loudly on the phone. I'm not sure what her problem was. Later, I went to another restaurant, had another beer, and shared my experience with their bartender. She insisted that the employees at Bdubs are generally unhappy people.

We ordered to go even though they had lots of seating. Not worth it in my opinion. All paid cash asking to get quarters. They had no quarters available. Really not great
