Not the greatest spot in town to go inside and eat at . But burger king has been using there game in the fast food industry. The cheesy tots are good. Prices are not that bad either

You can tell it's under new management because everything went smoothly,,,in and out quickly,,, very clean and the ladies were wonderful especially the cashier,,, took my grandkids and they loved it with the king crowns every where

It's about what you expect from a burger king food wise, but some things may be expired too.
Staff barely speak English. I wanted something from the value menu, and I repeated it three times. No, I don't want a whopper, I didn't ask for a whopper, why are you giving me a whopper?
Fries are always undercooked and lack any form of salt. I'd get some extra, but I don't know how to speak Spanish to ask for salt and there's never any by the drink fountains.
I guess it's not a bad place if you know Spanish, otherwise expect a massive language barrier.

Bad service, waited 14 minutes for one item (1 burger). Lazy staff except the woman working in the kitchen, who was putting out all the orders and the only staff member who seemed to take their job seriously.
I think this location deserves praise - it is consistently one of the cleanest, freshest, and friendliest fast food locations in the Twin Cities. The food tastes fresh and looks as good as the pictures, the employees are fast and friendly, and the restaurant is always clean and bright. Burger King should be proud of this location, and it's a great lunch spot for Metro State employees. :)

Service was great at drive thru, The Food was disgusting, we ordered 2 whopper meals, 23 dollars of garbage, fries cold and rubbery no crisp or warmth at all, whoppers were gross sloppy, old lettuce!! Never again, almost all are closed, was hoping this one was ok but no good, fella at drive thru very happy and nice to bad the food sucked and was thrown out.

Absolutely the worst customer service!! Ordered through door dash at 12am it’s now 1:05 am and my order was cancelled due to them not doing there Job🤬 don’t order from here!! Lazy people!!
