This has got to be the worst BK I've ever been to. Did a online order and they had stated everything was in the bags. The drinks were missing and I was missing 2 burgers. The french fries had a weird taste as if the oil was super old. I will never ever come back to this location. The employees were lazy and inattentive.

I lived nearby this location until a couple months ago. Prior to this visit, I never left a review because it wasn’t *quite* bad enough that I felt the need to warn others.Today, Dionte was doing a fantastic job manning the dining room register. Aside from whomever was on the drive thru, he seemed to the be the only person working the front. He kept there from being a line. He was the most polite employee I’ve ever encountered at this BK. He also was able to quickly answer my question about a particular item’s content and flavor.

Poor customer service ?! The wait to order takes over ten minutes with no one else standing in the line. They are always out of menu items. The servers seem like they don't want to be at work and they pretty much serve all the drive through and call in orders before the customer that is actually standing in the line. Dont recommend unless you don't mind waiting 20 minutes for your order ??

1st: Plan to wait an hour in the drive-through. That is not an exaggeration. No delivery service will fulfill an order from here, so don't waste your time trying that either.2nd: Your food will be cold.3rd: Under no circumstance should you use the app to order until you are there and can see that they are open. And then you've got a 50% chance they just are sleeping inside with the lights on.4th: Find somewhere else to get food.This place should be shut down. The management does not care about the service or the food. Look to the other reviews for pics of bugs in food, workers sleeping in the booths, and the overall terrible experience at this location.
