I put a mobile order in today. When I got there I had to wait while my food got cold in the bag. I asked an employee, older lady with glasses if that was my order. She walked to the bag, said my name, and walked away, I said can I have my food, she said in a minute. I said all you had to do was hand it to me. She ignored me while another employee handed me my mobile order.
