Ordered thru the drive thru food was all made incorrectly got tomatoes, lettuce, pickles and ketchup that was NOT requested it was only supposed to be mayo and onions and the person running the drive thru even verified the order. Fries were cold and nasty . The jalapeño things were cold in the middle , They forgot my dessert . Didn’t realize any of this until my husband brought it home I tried calling the store 23 times with no answer. Couldn’t even go back up there for them to fix it. Very disappointed will not be returning due to service. All they had to do was answer the phone and atleast give me a credit.

Made some modifications and that kind of seemed to throw off the people working. Charged for BBQ sauce I didn't get. Also, their new Rodeo Whopper was really good. I ordered the combo, but maybe I didn't order it correctly because it had 1 burger patty but the menu showed double. Not my favorite trip to BK, but it was fine enough, I suppose.

I live near this location and have been repeatedly disappointed by their lack of quality, service, and consideration. Want a room temperature, flat Coke with no ice? Done. Want a breakfast sandwich that is almost frozen in the middle? No problem. As long as your want barely edible garbage, this location will certainly let you have it your way.

I don't want everyone rushing to this favorite late night stop of ours, but they deserve a good review! Whenever we order a late night treat at this location the food is always hot, fresh and delicious! The staff is friendly and cares about customers and the food they prepare. Muchas Gracias!
