Driver through Cashier Swiped by credit card and placed a $300+ target order from inside the building, when reported Store manager and area Manager ignored myself and police and refused to acknowledged their employee theft. They take photos of the card and had to have it deactivated. This is a card that's last use was over 5 months ago suddenly compromised less than an hour after going.

Overcooked cheesy tots , burnt cookies and rotten mayonnaise packets with the oil separated inside. The burger looked good until I squirted rotten mayonnaise oil on it . Waste of food and money....

Roseville BK you are a disgrace! I went to grab breakfast and I noticed the sandwich looked odd but I couldn't place what was different. Then it hit me. The egg. The egg was thin and scorched. I understand these sandwiches are on the on the 2 for 5 menu but doing this is going to lead to no customers period! Now there are 2 BKs I will not order from and oddly enough they are both in Roseville.
**Update** normally they give you a receipt with a link to tell BK how your experience was. These guys know what they are doing to save money and they don't want to be ratted out!

##Update 2## so now after leaving the review I am being spammed by BK with free whoppers. No thank you! I only get the sausage egg and cheese biscuits from BK because it WAS the best place for breakfast. I will make my own going forward!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a coupon, plus an extra double cheeseburger. I confirmed the double cheeseburger at the window but she still didn't ring it up. Didn't pay for it, didn't get it.

But then she told me to park and come inside to pick up my order? Why? There's no reason I should need to park and go in for a drive thru order, especially when there's nobody else in line, and no customers inside the restaurant.

Multiple other times I've come here and they say they're out of zesty sauce. This time I ordered it and still didn't get it.

The food tends to be alright, but this place clearly has management issues. Don't expect to have a smooth experience coming here.

I was in a rush to work & ordered Big Fish meal. The guy who to my order said "do you like cookies for $2?" I said yes. Grabbed my order and started driving. Wrong order & was no cookies in the bag. I called them on the phone since I can't go back & tried to tell him what happened. He pretended he can't hear me and hang up on me. I called back he dropped the call frequently. I called back the next morning and explained what happened to the manager, but with very bad customer service. I don't recommend this place to nobody. It's the worst customer service I had from a restaurant. I've already told about this place to multiple of my friends and I will never go back there again. ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž
