The gentlemen running the front of the house was great and very helpful and informative in guiding us through the ordering process. Four of us had done hot pot once in San Francisco and for two it was their first time. We did the healthy pot broth and a spicy pot which he suggested we choose mild as the spice level. We did and it was quite spicy and we eat spicy foods often. We had dumplings, chicken and beef balls, beef strips, chicken, lamb, calamari, shrimp, mussels, clams, bok Choi, zucchini, Chinese pumpkin, ramen and udon noodles. They also have grilled skewers that come precooked. We had a shrimp and calamari skewer. We will be going back! They also have a parking lot which was a nice bonus as many spots in this area do not.
