My Mom and I stopped in for lunch recently. We ordered off the lunch menu and the portions are huge!! Everything was hot, fresh, cooked perfectly! I had to try the calzone and it was amazing! I took half home as I couldn’t finish it. Mom got the chicken and potatoes and took a bunch home. Reheated everything was still as good as being in the restaurant! I ordered a pizza to go for a coworker. I live in Rochester; a little over an hour away. The pizza was still hot an hour later and my
coworker loved it! Highly recommend this pizza factory! Quality service and food every time!

Stopped in to see how the reopening was . Gotta tell ya it was awsome , the crew where happy and freindly food was great like it was . Really happy to see this place back rolling

My family ate at Pizza Factory tonight and it was delicious. Between us we had broasted potatoes, pizza, chicken, and spaghetti. Everything was delicious. The sour cream with the potatoes is so good! My son's garlic knots smelled amazing when they came out, but he wouldn't share so I didn't get to try them. Our waitress was amazing and was right on top of everything. We will be back soon and I'm looking forward to my leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Ordered ahead so my wife and daughter could pick it up, but when they arrived, the order was missing. They had to wait another 25 minutes for replacement food that came out cold , soggy, and half-filled sauce. We’ve been eating here for years, and this isn’t the kind of service you’d expect from a local pizza place that our family had going to for 40 years. Not even offered a coupon or discount for their mistake. I even left a $15 tip something I wouldn’t have done if I’d known the service would be like this. Probably the last time we eat here.

Order takeout did not get it 45 minutes later after it was supposed to be delivered so it was over an hour before I got my food after I drove over to the store to see where it was and they told me it was just sent out for delivery I could not call the store because it didn't go to their phone it was an odds name came up of Andrew and would not take any messages when I got there and told them that they actually make me feel like I was very foolish and didn't know what to do then I had to drive back home to get my food which my family had already started to eat I'm older it's night time I don't like driving in the dark it was raining not a very good experience we've been going to this place since my daughter was playing t-ball and that was in the 90s we've been a customer there for a very long time and we love their food this just didn't settle very well with me he offered me $5 off on something next time I came my daughter my order was over $73 plus the time I wasted running to get it not happy with this

Overall the food is very good but the wait is excuristing. Look I can be understanding because we received an email saying it would be about a 35 minutes wait. Apon arriving m they stated it would be a few minutes later. We are an hour and twenty minutes after what they promised and still haven’t be served our pickup order. The long wait makes this place very unsatisfying and overall make us not want to come back. On top of making us wait an incredibly long time we payed nearly a hundred dollars for this food.

New owners are amazing. They have revitalized this N St. Paul classic pizza joint. The food and especially the broasted potato’s have never been better. We be coming back more often!!

The Pizza Factory is OPEN Stopped by Saturday before Father’s Day for dinner. Very happy we did! Very glad we added broasted potatoes and the Factory Pretzel. Apps were good, the pizza was good. I’m a happy Daddy!

Ate there yesterday evening the food was great! The chicken was super moist including the chicken breast. Pizzas and salad delicious. The cheesecake is so fresh and yummy. We will be back.
