The barista with glasses is very rude and looks at me like I did something wrong. When I was ordering they were not nice at all. And it wasn't a once time thing. Every time I have come to this Caribou the same mean barista is there and is soooooo rude and intimidating. They made me feel like I should be embarrassed by something I did when literally all I did was order. Fire them please I hate going to this Caribou because of this person.

I tried the new Shaken Espresso with Oatmilk, Honey and Lavender. I appreciate that non-dairy milk is free when ordered ahead. The drink was made perfectly, and the staff was friendly.Dietary restrictions: I love the vegan breakfast sandwich with pesto, tomatoes and vegan cheese and eggs on flatbread. I’m lactose intolerant and it’s hard to find good breakfast sandwiches that don’t have cheese.Parking: There are 7 standard spots; 1 handicap; 2 short term. When this location is busy, such as a Sunday morning, it’s hard to get a parking spot. On a quiet Thursday evening, there were plenty of options

With all the Caribous closing or downsizing, I’m sorry to share our drink order was paid for at a large size, small was provided, also cold instead of hot, and then when asked to provide correctly, they provided incorrectly again. Then, bathrooms: #1 and #2 on the seat, no toilet paper, no towels to clean hands. Three people working there.

This is a smaller but cozy shop that has a fireplace. Service is the usual efficient Bou style and we can even get a smile out of a barrista. Mostly larger tables in the limited seating with large windows. Problem: The chair I picked had crude stuck on top and the table dirty. I could clean the table manstyle by brushing the crumbs to the floor with a napkin in my hand. It will take a solution and elbow grease to clean the chair. My solution was simple, grab another chair.

OH MY GOD, I LOVE THIS PLACE. Customer service is fireee like always, the place was clean and the people working there were awesome. The coffee and items themselves weren't impressive but coming from a some what fast food like place its actually quite good on the spectrum. I also love punch pizza and their story with caribou cofffee.

Caribou slyly changed their chocolate in their mochas. Weird after taste in the milk and dark chocolate. The taste is awful. I do not recommend any mocha served.
