i use to come to this caribou almost daily, i stopped coming because one of the girls that works there often she had light brown hair and then dyed it red, she was cleaning tables with a spray bottle and a washcloth and she must've thought i was sleeping because my eyes were closed while i was sitting in one of those comfy chairs in the corner she laughs and tells her male coworker "i really wish i could just spray her with this, i had to fight my intrusive thoughts not to spray her" and then they both laugh. this girl has always been so unwelcoming towards me, which is fine i understand not everyone has to like me but to be just outwardly rude is kind of odd.

Slightly small and has trouble with parking but of wonderful place to do. Work. Pretty quiet and not a lot of traffic. Staff is fantastic. But hey it is a great spot if you can find a parking spot.Parking: Very little limited spots. More spots if you were willing to walk.

My sandwich was cold and he was very rude I did not appreciate this treatment and I will never be coming to this location again due to this employeeThis should not be allowed in any establishmentHis demeanor and attitude is unacceptable

Oh my goodness! Everyone was so upbeat and pleasant! My food and coffee was made in less than 2 minutes during the morning rush and I was asked for my perks rewards right away. The tables are clean and the shop was very warm, busy but not chaotic and super friendly! Definitely a nice place to work, it's a nice cozy and warm environment. Wifi works great and the staff seem like they quite enjoy their jobs! Come say thanks to these amazing ladies. They're awesome! Ps there is PLENTY of parking spots even for trucks and trailers.

Paola is a great Barista! (Correct me if i misspelled Paola's name, my apologies). This is my first ever review in web.Caribou is fortunate to have employee like Paola who is charming, customer centric and is humble. Her smiles bring a next level of energy. She deserves a raise, promotion and the best Caribou HR can offer.To be honest as an south asian immigrant, i don't really have much idea about varieties of coffee. I had terrible experience across the street at Starbucks with bitter coffee. But Paola prepared the best Mocha added choclate and cream even though, I didn't asked her. She is so sweet.Meanwhile, there was a tall women who was behaving grumphy as "she had to wait long enough changed her mind after ordering and still got the wrong coffee". Even though she didn't said thank you and showed her disappointed face to Paola, Paola was patient, humble and gave her the coffee she wanted with genuine smile.It is worth it to go to Caribou Coffee at this place and today was my second time. Glad i was served coffee by Paola again. As i push the exit door, even though she was super busy, she smiled and said "Have a nice day". She is hardworking, works in weekend and i see her both in morning and evening shifts. Paola's bright smile makes my day. Paola, i wish you the best.
