I have been to many caribou’s across the state this one was dirty and the staff (2 associates) not a hello the garbage can was in front of where you pick up your drinks and food. I literally had to reach over the garbage.

My son enjoyed his Cookie n Cream. The staff was friendly. My only complaint is their drive-through. It is super tiny. Thankfully, I was driving my Honda & not my SUV. Otherwise, I would have had to go in for service. It is clearly posted, though, to be careful in the drive-through. The mini van behind me had a hell of a time getting his order. I guess he should have read the signs.

By far the worst caribou in Minnesota. Rude for no reason. No hi no bye. Idk if it's because I'm a man or what. As for my order idk what they gave me but it was not two campfires with extra shot. It tasted like it has Splenda in it. That strange artificial sweetener taste. Also why have you had a giant coffee splatter on your window for days? Where is the management? Crazy how bad this shop is.

This location has the worst customer service in the area. Never a greeting upon entering the store, no thank you for stopping by. The staff always looks sad or on edge because of management. I only occasionally stop here because of these reason.

The drive thru design is terrifying to use at this location. The person who helped me was kind and I loved our moment of connection. I would value Caribou coffee more as a business if they paid their baristas and point of sale employees a livable wage (when looking at medium rent in the area).

$5.15 for a SMALL latte seems excessive. Was I overcharged? I probably should have asked for the receipt. )I think the barista should always offer to give a paper receipt to the customer.) Will probably not order another one at Caribou but will go to Barnes & Noble instead.
