Adorable! Located inside the Highland Lunds and Byerlys, this Caribou is spacious with loads of table seating and large windows providing natural lighting. Special shout-out to Taylor who was my barista on Halloween in the early hours who was alert, peppy, generous and kind. She even had her personal recommendations up on a little board which I was ecstatic to try the latte with 1 shot of maple and a 1/2 shot of pumpkin. Super delicious! The space was clean, full of merchandise and served with a positive attitude. Thank you Taylor and Caribou!
