I’ve never had an issue at this Caribou before, but my interaction with the manager, Jean, was surprisingly unprofessional. Instead of helping with a simple misunderstanding on my order, she spoke to me in a really disrespectful tone and made me feel talked down to. It was shocking and honestly embarrassing, especially with other customers around.
I understand that mistakes happen and people have stressful days, but there’s no reason for a manager to speak to customers that way. It completely changed how comfortable I feel coming to this location. I really hope the store addresses this, because experiences like this make people want to go elsewhere.

This is my favorite caribou in all the franchises and may be my favorite cafe on grand avenue! And it’s all because of the wonderful staff at this location :) Everyone is kind and engaging, it feels like a community experience walking in, plus I get a great dark chocolate mocha and a bit of tasty breakfast.

Awesome customer service and a terrific shaken iced espresso!! I accidentally ordered and paid at another location but the barista made me a drink and didn’t charge me. SO kind! I’m going to get back there soon to enjoy another drink and drop off a double tip$. 🙂
