This is my favorite caribou in all the franchises and may be my favorite cafe on grand avenue! And it’s all because of the wonderful staff at this location :) Everyone is kind and engaging, it feels like a community experience walking in, plus I get a great dark chocolate mocha and a bit of tasty breakfast.

Awesome customer service and a terrific shaken iced espresso!! I accidentally ordered and paid at another location but the barista made me a drink and didn’t charge me. SO kind! I’m going to get back there soon to enjoy another drink and drop off a double tip$. 🙂
