If you drink hot chocolate, you know that Caribou's can't be beat. After all, they make the drink with REAL chocolate and steamed milk; Starbucks and the other places' cocoa doesn't even come close!The service at this Caribou - and Caribous, in general - is great: attentive, quick, and accurate.This place has changed a lot since it was an Arthur Treacher's Fish & Chips back in the 70s. It's not one of the cozy-with-fireplace Caribous but it welcomes all types and has lots of outdoor seating with great people watching.

Oh my goodness! Everyone was so upbeat and pleasant! My food and coffee was made in less than 2 minutes during the morning rush and I was asked for my perks rewards right away. The tables are clean and the shop was very warm, busy but not chaotic and super friendly! Definitely a nice place to work, it's a nice cozy and warm environment. Wifi works great and the staff seem like they quite enjoy their jobs! Come say thanks to these amazing ladies. They're awesome!

The barista argued with me about my order. I've gotten it at another location before. The way she rung it up also cost 10$ than usual. So I'm never coming here again.

Interesting location..Slow service to order but friendly, not too long of a wait for my drink.Weird set up for chairs and tables inside, feels cramped and uncomfortable.Outside seating was very very nice.Lots of parking but entrance is kind of tricky so you don't really see any of the parking spots until you pull in.Overall fine experience.I will probably not go again unless someone invited me out to that location again.However, I'm not a big coffee drinker to begin with so I don't frequent coffee shops often. I may go here again if I were a coffee person.
