I'm going to miss this place. It closed down due to the oven breaking and corporate figuring it wouldn't be worth it to replace. We've lost some of the best bagels and friendliest staff in the twin cities.

I was just in there with my boyfriend ordered a classic ham and cheese bagel on a rosemary and olive oil. They asked if we wanted an egg and i said yes got our sandwich and there was no egg our sandwich my boyfriend told me he’s been in there a few times and half the time they don’t have any bagels. I worked at buerrgers in Woodbury for almost 2 years and I’m telling you if we would have served a sandwich without an egg we would have gotten in trouble.

The atmosphere was cozy, but it was the team behind the counter that truly made the experience special. They took the time to ask about my day and offered thoughtful suggestions on both the coffee and bagel options, making me feel like a regular even on my first visit.
You can tell the staff truly cares about their customers and the quality of service they provide. It’s rare to find a place where the people make you feel as good as the food does, I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the delicious bagels and perfectly brewed coffee, but for the warmth and kindness of the staff who make it a truly special spot!
