My favorite Caribou location in the entire metro. The staff are excellent and friendly, and we haven't had any dairy contamination in years!
Vegetarian options: Allmost all the drinks are vegetarian but not vegan. Any drink with chocolate is not vegan. Very few of the sandwiches are vegetarian and none of them are vegan.
Dietary restrictions: All the drinks can be made with an alternative milk option for those with dairy allergies. However none of the chocolate is dairy free.
Cross contamination is very possible, but unlikely.

Gluten free options are very limited. The bakery section in general is not Celiac or Dairy-allergy friendly.
Parking: Parking during peak hours is miserable and parking during high snowfall is worse.
The parking lot is well designed, it's just a very popular little strip mall.

Wheelchair accessibility: No button, wheelchair users will need aid to get in the door.

Hot chocolate minus the hot chocolate. Ya thanks for that warm milk. Next time some chocolate inside a HOT CHOCOLATE would be pretty awesome. DO BETTER. Worst turtle mocha of my life as well, everything but the coffee, all syrup. What are you doing here? Maybe this is why I stopped being loyal to caribou and go to Starbucks now thats a bummer.
