I was mind blown at how great all of the food tasted. This restaurant is authentic, legit, and the best Mexican restaurant in MN. I've been to many and rarely have I been so impressed at all of the food a single place has to offer. The flavoring of everything had so much depbt and I can't wait to go back for more. I ordered $90 worth of food and about one of everything on the menu . There wasn't a single item that was okay. I literally mean everything was near the top or the best I've eaten when compared to all of it's competition.I highly recommended so I'm so happy it's only a few blocks from my place.

First time here I was very excited about trying the carnitas. Very disappointed ? carnitas were cold and dry they said they were Michoacán-style carnitas and nothing similar with Michoacán-style carnitas. I have been a food tester part of my life and have always liked to eat in restaurants around country And I decided to try this one because they said Michoacán style carnitas, and in the state of Minnesota, no one makes good carnitas And they are no exception The majority of people who leave good reviews are people who don't know about good mexican food , people who put anything in their mouths. I'm sorry, it's painful but it's true. I will return to eat in the future. I hope they improve a little..A little note fot the owner all the cooks in the kitchen were not wearing aprons. I think it's not a good look for the restaurant. Thanks and see you guys soon

Outstanding carnitas.I had the torta with “everything” and it was delicious. The pork was perfect and there was a healthy amount of tripe and skin in there too. I got it “to-go” once and it’s way better hot!!I was there during lunch, and the restaurant was packed.This is a fantastic local restaurant making some truly outstanding food!

.Tacos were expensive and basic.Enchiladas was more like chilaquilas which would be fine if that's what I ordered ingredients were all thrown together it tasted okay. Wings were hard and meatless. Torta was a huge disappointment they took the fillings of a taco de carnitas and replaced the taco with bread..smh... that's it.... all that food for 45$ and I ended up throwing the rest of it away because it was not good.

Amazing authentic Mexican food from Michoacan. I love the carnitas and the tripe. On weekends, the line is a bit longer than during the week. But its worth it.

Very good flavor they got cuerrito buche and costillas. The people there are nice they speak English and Spanish. Very welcoming environment gets pretty packed. Only thing challenging is the parking good luck.
