We had a meeting scheduled through lunchtime. Usually we order chain food lunches which are helpful for last minute ordering, however I ran across Cassie's and thought why not keep it local?! We had a group of 20 for the meeting and I decided to try about 10 varieties of sandwiches and wraps because they all looked so good. Oh BTW, we ordered the day before which is usually untenable for a catering company. The food was delivered on time, the presentation was great and the quality of the food was delicious. Oh My G....the people don't look like they changed their clothes, the lady taking the order breast was on the counter while she bent over, shirt and apron filthy. They all just look so disgusting, I wouldn't dare let them cook my food. Yes!!!! personal hygiene matters!!!!

I do get the same thing every week as when I have tried other things, I was disappointed. I had one of there wraps and when I went to eat it everything fell out of the tortilla shell. They use way to big of a tortilla shell for this.
Hands down one of my favorite places in the skyway. Everything I've tried here over the past couple years has been stellar - burgers, sandwiches, soups, wraps... The Cuban is my favorite and they've made it even better with an herb ciabatta bun. Chef's kiss!

Cassie’s used to be such a good spot for quick food that was good quality. My recent experiences have been far below my previous expectations. I ordered the bbq pulled pork sandwich, which come with chips or fries. I wish I would have asked for the chips . The fries were in bowl placed under a heating lamp. I opened my box while still at the deli counter and my fries were soggy and greasy. I asked if there were fresh fries coming out and the woman said those are fresh, they just came out. I literally opened my container 15 seconds after she handed it to me, so I cannot even give consideration to possible steam condensation in making the fries so wimpy.The bbq pulled pork sandwich was almost as bad as the fries. Very little bbq sauce and terribly over seasoned. So salty that I only took a few bites and couldn’t eat anymore. If this were the only time I’ve been disappointed, I wouldn’t be writing this review. However, I had a chicken salad sandwich not too long ago that was way more mayo and water than anything else.I hope Cassie’s gets back to their prior standards. They’ve only got one more shot with me…if it’s bad the next time..I will not return.

I ordered a cheese burger and received a cheese burger. I got Buns, Patty, and Cheese. Okay, well the order showed tomatoes and lettuce as well as fries on the side. For 11.99 I would expect it would come with lettuce tomatoes and fries but nope. I got the Buns, Patty, and cheese.
