I’ve brought my 4 & 6 year old nieces here several times. The drinks and food are always great, and they LOVE looking into the cat room and reading about each cat. They also enjoy the play scenes with toys in the back. The vibe is chill, inclusive, and artistic. Highly recommend!
This is such a lovely spot. I could spend hours here without getting bored. If you love cats, then this is the best cat cafe. The coffees were great - my latte was really good, flavorful, rich, and smooth. The staff were incredible, too. Definitely worth checking out at least once if you're in the area.

I rarely write reviews but I need to now, we were very excited to check this place out based on the reviews but were left extremely dissapointed. To begin, the drinks we received were watered to hell, which is fine but the taste did not make up for it. We then went into the cat room and immediately were overwhelmed with the aroma of piss.. we assumed it was the furniture because there was no litter boxes in the room. The room was small and condensed with people so I dont see the point of making a reservation. The vibe just overall sucks and you rarely see cats since they are mostly in the room below, I know it is not technically a “cat cafe” but because of how they are advertised and your logo is literally a cat- we assumed we would see some. Their list of rules were really condescending, I understand certain rules for the safety of the cats but the way it was presented by the host was overall rude. Dont come here expecting anything but a smelly study room😂

I love getting coffee at Catzen. The staff are super friendly and make great coffee drinks. The cat area is impeccably clean and there are always friendly cats to see. They have plenty of descriptive cards so you know who is who. It’s so calming to be in the space. I love it!

This absolutely my favorite coffee shop. The coffee is delicious, they have interesting seasonal drinks (like the pumpkin miso latte) and the vibe is so comfy and relaxed. Bonus is that there are delightfully entertaining cats to spend time with! But even if you dont hang with the cats, its a great place to read, write or unwind. If you're lucky you'll get Tim time or meet Babybel!

Food is expensive, but since you only have to buy a drink to see the kitties, it's so much cheaper than a regular cat cafe. I was lucky to get a walk in but they recommend making a reservation. Also they have a piano out front on the street which is surprisingly well tuned. I thought the London fog was too bitter for my taste. The room did smell like litter. The cats definitely tolerate people and mostly nap, so don't expect rambunctious kitties.
