Catzen Coffee is an absolute gem. The staff is super welcoming and warm, the entire space feels peaceful and inviting, and the cat den is wonderfully relaxing. It is the kind of place where you can genuinely slow down and enjoy yourself.
The cats are the chill stars of the experience: sweet, calm, and clearly loved. What also really stood out to me was how super clean the whole place is. Honestly, it smells like nothing, which is impressive for a cat space and says a lot about how well they maintain it.
I also appreciated how thoughtfully the Cat Lounge is run, with reservations, clear age guidelines, and a setup that lets the cats roam on their own terms. That makes the experience feel both cozy and respectful. For anyone planning a visit, note that the Cat Lounge is generally for ages 15 and up, with limited weekend exceptions for younger people. Highly recommend!!!

What a gem this place is! The cat den is so cozy, like what I wish my living room looked like. There's also plenty of seating toward the back of the shop, with glass windows so you can still watch the kitties. Good coffee and pastries, and card and board games to play while the cats get a nap in. We could have hung out here all day. Definitely coming back!

Lovely establishment, There are single stall bathrooms for the non-binary cat lovers! Had a matcha tea and pineapple strudel with coconut on top. Cats are very personable and fun to be around!

i cannot wait to come back again & again! joe and babybel were the two main ones out when i was in the cat den, but there were appearances from the beloved tim and leroy after i left. you can view the cat den from the cafe area after your reservation ends :)
i love that the cats are free to roam from the basement up to the cat den because you can tell that they get a little overwhelmed sometimes and need that space. the cats are very clearly well taken care of, and so incredibly adorable.
