Not even going there anymore. They always close early, and not like a half hour either, 4-5 times I’ve gone there and they were closed at least an hour earlier than the posted business hours which is so inconvenient and unprofessional imo. I don’t recommend this store at all.

Overall pretty good shop, delicious drinks. But they close WAY too early sometimes! I just tried to go there and they had the lights off. They say they close at 8:30PM and I went at 7:30. This is extremely unhelpful.

Used to come here all the time when I was in college. The place was upbeat and up to date. Not sure what happened. I was craving the Vietnamese coffee I used to get. Decided to stop by today and thought nothing could go wrong. I thought I’d order one of their bigger cups. She stops to inform me there is no difference in the amount of liquid, they just add more ice. That’s fine— in this economy, I get it. So I’m thinking rationally and order the regular cup with less ice, knowing the liquid amount stays the same. I just didn’t want to dilute the beverage. The lady tells me it an extra charge; it was an extra charge for less ice; it was an extra charge to go down from a Large cup to a Regular cup, even though the amount of liquid is the same, and less ice. No hate to the business, I thought I’d express my last experience here.

I’ve always thought the flavor at Cha Yes chains was lower quality than other brands.
The service here also disappoints. My wife asked for no ice. They upcharged her for the extra ounce of tea. Then they put ice in the drink. When I asked them to remove the ice, and pointed out we paid for it, they removed the ice, but did not replace it with the tea that should have been there.
There are so many better options. Not going back.

Went for the first time and really enjoyed it! I got taro flavored bing with taro pudding, lychee jelly and condensed milk. I was pleasantly surprised at how generous an individual portion was for the bing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, so I will definitely be returning in the future to try more things on the menu!

I can’t review the food as I didn’t get any. I went in and was told there were only 2 flavors of shaved ice available that day. When I asked about the Taro flavor no one could describe it or explain what it was and just looked at me. I asked another employee and she said the same thing that she couldn’t explain or describe what it was. No sample was offered no further information was given just we have 2 flavors available and can’t tell you anything about them. The food may be good but service sucks.

Cute little tea place on university. It’s not as busy however, service is quick. I love the bubble tea there and I normally get the milk teas. (Rose and lavender milk tea). The other flavors are good also.
