We bought some deserts, but they seemed to forget, so we had to remind them. However, we bought a strawberry macaron, but cashier claimed he didn’t charge us for it. We asked to see the receipt but they somehow couldn’t find it anymore… but we saw him walk away with the paper receipt lol. He was going to make us pay again for it lol. Don’t come here. Million better boba places in Minneapolis and St. Paul area.

Food 0/3 If you are looking for light and flavorful shaved ice, this is not it. This was so poorly done and unappetizing. It's like they don't even know how to put ingredients together! The condense milk was poured on so thick like it was old. You would think shaved milk would be pretty easy to do, but the taste was off too.
Service 0/1 No working restrooms. No spoons left, only forks. Employee was not particularly empathetic nor did she seem like she cared about being there. They don't even turn on the tv monitors to display the menu.

I work in the area and came here to have a drink and chill for my lunch break. The atmosphere is nice, comfortable, and clean. I like to order with recommendations and I was given great recommendations. I had the -brown sugar match milk tea -taro bing bowl with taro pudding, strawberry popping, and condensed milk sauce - wintermelon milk tea - Hokkaido milk tea - a smoothie I forgot the name of - and a blueberry Danish Everything was very good tasting. Customer service was nice and casual. Every time I was asked how I like what I ordered. Definitely recommend going here if you are craving something cool and sweet or if you need a quiet café experience to calm down from work or concentrate on something. I have come here 5 days in a row.

Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Service
I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this boba shop was incredibly disappointing. The girl working the front clearly didn’t want to be there. She was on her phone the entire time, barely acknowledged us, and had an obvious attitude. It felt like we were bothering her just by walking in.
They didn’t have any of the shaved ice, and when I politely asked how long it would take to make, she got visibly annoyed as if asking a simple question was too much. I work in retail, so I understand how draining customers can be, but I was nothing but polite. There was absolutely no excuse for the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness I encountered.
To top it off, the bathroom was “conveniently out of order” when we asked for the key, yet she had no issue using it herself or letting her friend use it.
I’m not from the area and was hoping to try something new, but this left such a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are too many other boba shops that know how to treat people with basic respect.

There was an attitude in her voice, and it was difficult to understand her broken english, and she gave my wife an attitude when she was ordering. We left and did not order anything. Stay away if you value good customer service. Goodluck.
They need new lightning in this place because it is dark and kinda dusty. But the drinks are a good price to get for a milk tea. The service is not much.

Not even going there anymore. They always close early, and not like a half hour either, 4-5 times I’ve gone there and they were closed at least an hour earlier than the posted business hours which is so inconvenient and unprofessional imo. I don’t recommend this store at all.
