Good Tawainese shaved ice where the ice is butter-like. But presentation definitely needs work. Service was OK. (What business asks the customer to grab the bowl for them to cleanup?). Atmosphere was blah.

I work in the area and came here to have a drink and chill for my lunch break. The atmosphere is nice, comfortable, and clean. I like to order with recommendations and I was given great recommendations. I had the -brown sugar match milk tea
-taro bing bowl with taro pudding, strawberry popping, and condensed milk sauce

Went for the first time and really enjoyed it! I got taro flavored bing with taro pudding, lychee jelly and condensed milk. I was pleasantly surprised at how generous an individual portion was for the bing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, so I will definitely be returning in the future to try more things on the menu!
