Food was lukewarm. The people that served the food were very stingy with the rice in the meat. They treat you like you are a little kid and give you kids size portions. The food needs to be consistently fresh and hot and should not serve lukewarm food to people. This is not a cafeteria. Get it

If you're looking to do a quick pickup and go, be aware on street parking or a ramp are your only options. That said, I still choose this location downtown for takeout because their people are Bice and their order accuracy is better than the location closer to home.

I would not recommend ordering online from this store. We ordered two burrito bowls that showed up earlier than they were supposed to as they had a scheduled delivery time. By the time we could eat the food was cold. My wife got barely any sofritas in her bowl. It was mostly salsa and rice and she was still hungry after she ate and was very disappointed. Also, we paid for chips and did not receive them. Go to the store instead using online so you can watch the employees put your order together.

I made a mistake by ordering online instead of ordering when I got there. I paid $5 for extra protein and gave them 20% tip but still got a pretty small portion. The food was tasty but so little food unless you are there to watch them make your order.

Arrived at 630pm. Cashier and food server both on cell phones. Waited for the server to finish his text before he could help me. Every single table was dirty, should be cleaning not texting. Out of cheese, who runs out of cheese? Also Coke was out, told the girl and still not fixed as I left and checked on the way out. Chicken was cool not warm or hot. Also the floors were slippery, not from water but from grease. Place should be mopped. Worst $13 I've ever spent. Every aspect was poor.

Quick PSA about this Chipotle location - Do NOT eat here!! I repeat - do NOT EAT HERE! I just watched the man behind the counter cutting chicken, feed himself a huuuge piece, FULL fingers in mouth, then proceed to continue to cut the chicken with that same hand, scoop the chicken into the bin WITH THAT SAME HAND. I cannot. Health Dept - run to this location and shut it down.
