The food is consistent - similar to other locations. It's frequently understaffed and it does show with cleanliness. The staff are friendly, but could definitely use more hands to keep the basics up around the restaurant.

To the rude little Mexican girl that works nights, you need to get fired. If you don't like making food for people don't work in the food business. I hope corporate comes to this location and changes it up. Service was bad, placed looked trashed, and food portions are so tiny. I'll drive further for better service, atmosphere, and food quality. This location is toxic and so are the employees.

Update: Just fire EVERY Employee and start fresh please. If the owner of this location is reading this there's a reason why there is low ratings okay. Even the newly built location in Oakdale better Portions, they actually make your orders correct, and workers enjoy serving customers. Have better standards when hiring people. This location is still ridiculous.

I've been there recently and was disappointed with alot of things. The place could be more clean. The portions were pretty bad and small especially the protein. I'm pretty sure it'll be a while before I go back to this chipotle.

Easily the worst burrito I’ve ever gotten from chipotle. The guy on the burrito line had no idea what he was doing and ruined both my friend and i’s burritos. He overloaded them with pico, folded them so horribly that they leaked everywhere, and left them sitting so long the tortillas got cold while waiting and ripped when he horribly folded them.

It was not busy so I’m not sure what the issue was. If he i see him working I will immediately leave and go eat somewhere.

Personally I sat there and waited for 30 minutes after I got the email stating my food was ready then I feel like I stood there the longest because there were six other families that walked in after me all service as I sat there and waited and then I went up and asked for my food again they gave me funny looks and then handed me my food my food was sitting back there for 25 minutes after I asked for it I will never come back to this restaurant again

Food was cold and small portion size. Took an hour and a half to receive my order. Ridiculous. You pay delivery charges and taxes and fees upon fees for low quality food and poor service.

Ordered through the app and had a free guacamole reward. I didn't get the guacamole on my bowl and it was only enough food to only fill half the bowl. This means my reward was wasted and I feel ripped off. Tbh I've had nothing but problems with this location. If your going to go to Chipotle go down white bear to the Chipotle next to the maplewood mall. I've had zero problems with that location and will only be going to that location from now on.

Sign on you can only order online. Never got food cause I was trying to get it on my way home, but not downloading another app to do it. Guess I'll get something else.
