Got there and they said there making more steak I said how long she said 10 too 15 minutes..I waited 30 minutes and then I said what's up with that steak another person said he just has too cut it so I waited again...50 minutes I waited for that damn steak and then they say oh we're out of red chili cherries sauce...so disappointed...

I should've knew better than to get me food here again. The services is crap, my bowls had no meat in them. What a disappointment, again. Idk if the manager is taking money out the servers checks or if they get a bonus saving on meat, but I do know I'll never eat at Chipotle again. Do yourself a favor and had down to the Best Steak House down the street. At least you'll get a real cooked meal, and they treat you like family. I just didn't have the time today. Don't bother contacting the store or corporate, they all work together. They can care less about your complaints. SAVE YOU TIME, MONEY, ENERGY. DON'T EAT HERE. You will be disappointed!!!

I order DoorDash and I asked for black beans, got pinto beans and I had two bites of beef in my bowl. Being skimpy and not following the directions, I had to put a review on this location. It’s sad because I tried to get some food for my finance so she didn’t have to cook. We waited a long time for the food to be wrong. Smh

Very dirty, no clean tables, no ice in pop machine, lemonade were pretty much empty, trashes over flowing and there were dishes piled up on back counter. A few of the staff were either new or not trying, food was cold but had good flavor. Not horrible for fast food, but dont eat inside, and dont have high hopes on great food.

Ordered a pickup online. Was notified it was done. Went to pick it up. Order wasn’t done. Guy asked me about the order. Wasn’t even ready. Waited for over 30 mins for 1 bowl. Saw the line dwindle 3 times during dinner hours. Would have been faster standing in line. Still continued to not make my order. Guy walked in and out of the kitchen about 13 times if I counted right. He had no clue what he’s doing. Couldn’t wait any longer. I walked out. I wasn’t the only one who walked out in that moment. 3 others did. Terrible. 1 star.

Ordered delivery from uber eats - tiny portions all around… and forgot two of our items we paid for. Not worth the hassle to ask the store to fix, and not worth the hassle of eating at this store if you can avoid it.

Bad experince the worker had a gun TATOO on his arm, was being rude with angry expressions and workers gave us small portions and don’t understand English never coming back here again !

It’s standard chipotle fare, but it’s so understaffed that every time I come here, the dining room, floor, drink stations, and table are filthy and there’s a line to the door. The management is severely failing its employees, who can’t keep up with peak hours and keep the place clean, too.all the employees are brusque as a result. Better leadership definitely needed.

I’ve also picked up from this place as a driver, and the orders are never ready on time. There have been multiple instances where orders were given to the wrong dasher, too, and I’ve lost money waiting here.
