Never had a great experience here, but I thought ordering online would be a good option. App said it was done and waiting on the mobile order shelf. Showed up and it was not there, asked person at register and gave them our name, they looked and couldn't find it. Asked if we ordered at that location and we showed them that we had and showed that it said it was ready. Checked again. Nothing. Gave my name one more time and finally found it. Got home (7 minutes away) food was so cold it felt like it was sitting in a fridge somewhere. Will NOT be back at this location.

Not one to complain about a place but when it's 5 p.m. on a Friday you would think having the main meat of choice (chicken) would be a priority. Instead the guy on the grill couldnt say if it would be 20 mins or an hour before its ready, he just said no. So i hate to say it but I'll find another location before i come here again

cancelled my order. my dasher was in route. take your restaurant off the app and focus on customer satisfaction. this place has quite a few reviews. quick to take slow to. give. took my money with no issues but slow with my refund. these places forget WE keep THEM running not the other way around

The black girl at the checkout thought it'd be smart to put one of our burrito bowls upside down and not covered fully, also the bag was torn and didn't notice. Got out of the car and Chipotle was all over the driveway.

10/10 do not recommend catering with Chipotle. Ruined my kids birthday party because THEY couldn’t get there system to work. Placed a catering order days in advance following the direction set to me and couldn’t figure out how to use the coupon THEY sent me. Had a house full of people and couldn’t feed them because Chipotle didn’t come through. Had me wait an hour to end up telling me they couldn’t fulfill my order after all.

First Chipotle I’ve been in seeing them wiping the counters and tables. Smaller cozier environment unlike some other locations and that larger and cold.

6 years ago I had rated this place with 5 stars, today for how good chipotle is, it really shouldn’t have this kind of employees, everything slow, super slow, rude employees as well, they forget stuff most of the times when you order to go, very bad service

They deserve zero stars. Terrible customer service. This location is out of the salad dressing almost every time. Then chipotles fix is a free drink. Wish there were more options over here. This is the worst chipotle I have been to over the last 5 years, and it’s not even close.

Stopped in and they were out of half the meat options. Workers were extremely rude. Asked for extra cheese when she only sprinkled on less than a pinch and was told she was going to charge me extra. This is the only chipotle that gives the smallest portions on EVERYTHING and tries to charge you for cheese. Won't go back

Came here for lunch with a coworker & the customer service was terrible! My coworker wanted a burrito in a bowl & had to ask 3 times & the woman taking her order still didnt understand what she was asking. The main problem was the man at the cash register checking us out. We had asked him for covers for our bowls & he had the biggest attitude like we asked for the most inconvenient thing ever. He rolled his eyes & huffed & then slammed the bowl down he had in his hand & went to grab us our covers & then just gave us the dirtiest stare down & look ever! Please hire more competent people who actually enjoy helping to serve people!
