Do NOT order through the app. They will low ball you. You get less food when you order through the app. When I said less, I really do mean less. It's half scope of everything you have on the bowl or burrito. I rather go to Taco Bell for their power bowl or get their combo meal. It's not the first time they've done this. Order in person even if you have to wait. Also, this place is dirty and no one ever clean the place.

This one needs to close down. Every time I stop at this one instead of my usual location, it's the same thing. Poor quality food, no care, most of the staff has no hustle in any way and to top it off this time I had a huge Black hair in my bowl so I ended up throwing my food away and didnt finish my lunch. Overall a good experience. Set up a pickup time for my food and was able to get it at the specified time. My only complaint was that the burrito contents weren't mixed up so I got a bite of pure guacamole.

The girl who was scooping the beans and rice was incredibly rude and literally was giving such small portions every single person had to ask for more, honestly ridiculous. Just take like 5 more minutes to drive to the other chipotle.

Unfortunately, the lack of training and customer service shows at this location. SO RUDE! TINY pinches on meat, and when asked for more, they literally IGNORE YOU. Tiny scoops of cheese, corn ect. The employees act like it is coming out of their pay, but watch them make THEIR OWN BOWLS- Comical. Its too bad this location gives them a bad rep, and amazes me this location is still in business.When I tried to correct the rude manager, she told me where another location is if I see fit. Roseville is 10X better please give them your business.

DISCUSSING. There is no other way to describe it. Everything was cold and most of the order was wrong. I ordered 6 beef tacos. Instead I got chicken and cheese in a bowl. And yes, It was cold. Everyone was so rude and honest just couldn't function normally and do there job. I love other chipotles but this was just aww. They also sent my my bag of chips with like 3 chips!!! Like come on, you work at chipotle. When I went back to tell them what happened I was told it was unfixable. I'm never coming back and hope you drive to the chipotle just down the road.?

Absolutely garbage my food was dry as cereal fresh from the box and to top it off who tf organizes the fillings of a burrito literally in sections like nothing was spread or anything, it was either a bite of just cheese, meat, or nothing but tortilla, I'd rather pay a homeless person to make me something.

The bowls were half filled, and we paid extra for guacamole and queso that they didn’t even give us. When we called to ask if we can replace the bowls, no one answered. We called four times. This is not the first time it’s happened at this chipotle. The staff is rude, irresponsible and very disrespectful. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE.
