App orders are always wrong. I’ve probably ordered ten times and over half of them are wrong. This time my 9 year old cried in disappointment and that’s it. This location is terrible. No quality standard, often unclean, poorly made meals, inaccurate meals. Overall disappointed with Chipotle lately too. I never get adequate compensation for errors, customer service is bad, and increasingly more locations are dirty and poor quality.

I haven't had very good luck with Chipotle!! I did decide to give them another chance.And I was pleasantly surprised.Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious!!!Barbacoa bowl ..highly recommend with a side of there delicious guacamole!!!

I found saran wrap in my bowl only reason I am giving a 2 star is they atleast refunded me and offered to make a new bowl. The resteraunt itself is filthy and not clean as well as the steak was burnt and super dry. Wouldn't recomend going and I have been too many chipotles throughout the country. This is probably one of the worst I have ever been too.

I just left the Chipotle in Highland Park without ordering and my stomach turning.
I was next in line to order and the lady behind the counter finished a large order. After she packaged up everything, she used her gloved hand to wipe the entire prep counter that was covered in sour cream, guacamole, and other vegetables, meats, etc.
Then, she grabbed a small paper towel to wipe her glove and asked what I’d like to order. I was at a loss for words, it was so disgusting.
As a customer, if their employees are willing to operate with such overt disregard to sanitary best practices, I’m freighted to learn what they do when customers are not present.
I’ll be contacting the manager.

I’ll never step foot into a Chipotle again.

Do not expect any edible brisket and little of it in their current Smoked Brisket Burrito. 1/4in cubes of gristle, far short of the TV commercials. You're fortunate to have a captive and vulnerable college customer base. Bad for them, opportunistic for you. Shameful.

I am so sick of this. EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER HERE THEY ARE OUT OF FAJITA VEGGIES. How is that possible? I just walked out at 7:45–they close at 10pm, and they were out of veggies, queso, and chips. Are you kidding me? I worked food service for four years. The phrase “out of…” should never be in a fast food restaurant’s vocabulary. Terrible service, unclean restaurant. THE WORST.
