Stopped by for lunch today. Found it kinda odd that there were only two tables with people in the place, and they had already been served. I ordered the burger and fries. They came out in good time. The fries were coated, not what I like, but they were hot! Not so much the burger. Maybe they had some to-go orders they were working on, but really? HOT fries and a room temp burger? It wasn't even warm, just room temp. The toppings were good, pickles, onions, and their sauce. But not even warm. Had to search out someone to pay the tab, no one at the bar, had to yell to the cook that I wanted to pay.

Cool place. I went by myself, and they have no TV's, which I didn't know going in. The pork tenderloin "sandwich" is a thing to behold. It is absolutely gigantic. Parking in back, which is nice.

The bartender needs to be taught how to pour a beer. I got a 16 oz can of cream ale. He poured it with zero head up to the very rim of a pint glass. It was ridiculous. If management sees this, please train your staff how to properly pour a beer. Other than that, I love the place

What an incredible find! The food was absolutely phenomenal, and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner and chef, who was genuinely grateful for our visit. The cocktails were expertly crafted with precision and care. A truly unforgettable experience—you won’t be disappointed!

My buddy and I were going to try Chip's since we heard they had a good burger. From the moment we arrived it was a terrible experience, other than the lovely host that sat us. Our server was clearly not able to handle her workload. She could not remember our drink order and then within 5 minutes came back again to ask us our drink order. Then, after waiting 15 minutes for a drink in a somewhat empty restaurant, she brought our drinks to the wrong table. We ordered an appetizer, and the appetizer took 45 minutes to come. We were told that the "system was down" or that "the printer jammed". Those were not true. I was watching other people use the system and bring food out. Lastly, when our burgers came out, they were the wrong order so back to the waiting game we went. Our dining experience took over 2 hours. Unacceptable. I witnessed all other tables this server was responsible for experience similar issues (wrong bills, triple charged on a credit card, etc.). I am not sure if a manager was not present or what was going on, but this was unacceptable. I will never return.

I’ve had chips on my list to try for a while now, and my only regret is that I didn’t try it sooner! Everything was delicious and appropriately priced. Our server, AJ, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and answer our numerous questions about the menu as we tried to decide which things to try. Between the three of us that went, we were all agreeing that our expectations were exceeded. Fun atmosphere, great service and exceptional food! Will definitely be back to try more menu items.

Extremely disappointing experience due to the poor customer service. My husband and I were excited to try the food, but from the moment we arrived, the bartender was rude and unwelcoming. She slammed the menus on the bar, setting the tone for the rest of our visit. We were then told that if we weren’t drinking, we had to sit at a table, despite being the only ones at the bar. The entire experience felt uninviting and frustrating. Definitely not the welcoming atmosphere we had hoped for.

The birria ramen is literally grocery store ramen in a plastic, branded, bowl that they charge $13. Straight up microwaveable ramen. I was shocked!

Food was good. Server was surly and impatient, and had an overall unpleasant impact on our visit. It wasn't busy and we weren't taking up space but she made it seem like a burden to wait on us. I consequently gave her a 15% tip instead of a 20% tip and she had the audacity to complain to us about it. Will not be going back and will counsel others against it as well.

Amazing food and over the top customer service. From the burgers that have melting delicious cheese and will fill you up to the mouth watering fires and spicy chicken sandwich. Would come
Back again no question ask.

Chip's Clubhouse is a delightful restaurant. They not only have delicious food, but offer charming and quirky art/decor in every direction you look. The Breaded Pork Tenderloin is a must-try entree. To say that it is the size of a plate is not an understatement!! The Reuben with Fries was a tasty option too!

Decent food the first two times, but the burger was radically different last time I went. Inconsistent. Every time I went, friends and colleagues mentioned their stomachs feeling a little gross afterward.

The small plates are cool, but I've found them to be grimy and unclean a couple times. Last time, we were served food on an aluminum tray, which was odd.

Service is horrible: food takes forever, and you might be lucky to see your server once per fiscal quarter.

Underwhelming and overpriced: you can get a way better cheeseburger at MyBurger.

Cool little spot in the Mac Groveland neighborhood! Great Service, fun decor and good food. I had the Nashville Chicken Sandwich, minus the hot and the Hamburger, both come with fries and a delicious side or garlic aoli for dipping, yum!

Parking: Ask for the hamburger relish on the side.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
