Our server, Jake, was such a treat. The "snack of the day" was an asparagus dish with a sweet & savory gastrique and I haven't stopped thinking about it. Get the whipped feta!!!

A 21.1% surcharge, WOW! Was the 20% tip mark, usually for exceptional service, just too low? Is the service always and without exception exceptional? Add an extra 1%, no, add another 0.1% on top of that! Why? Because why not squeeze another nickel and dime (many of them actually) out of your customers. Hope the next restaurant in this space does a better service to its customers. A mandatory 21.1% bait-and-switch fee is no service at all.

I have never had a bad meal at Chips, and they have probably my favorite burger in the cities. And I always look forward to getting my corned beef there every St Patricks Day!

This place is nicely tucked away, so it doesn't get overly busy, but they do offer reservations still if you need them, so that's always a plus. The food was pretty good, although the menu is limited. My favorite dish was the wings even though the burger is the star of the menu. Even though the menu is limited, they do a great job with all the eats they offer. On the other hand, the drink menu was extensive and unique, and I really enjoyed the variety of "classy" cocktails. All of that pairs very nicely with the "upstate NYC/hipster" vibes of the restaurant. I've been here twice, and the service was a little bit on the slower side, so I am taking a way a star for that. Other than that, this is a cute place to have drinks and a light meal. First date or relaxing happy hour vibes are met here!

Cute place but for sure burger is better at the nook which I passed on my way here. Burgers for 14$ should come with fries (it doesn’t). Service is good and atmosphere is hipster. No wifi. Would try something other than the burger though Was packed by 545 on a Saturday night already.

We had a great dinner at Chips. Our server Tim was fantastic! Cozy place and fun decor. All of the food and cocktails we had were really great. Our favorite foods from here are the burgers, the whipped feta dip, and the fried pickles! Our favorite cocktails were the Tee Tai, Sunray, Zombie Walk, and the old fashioned. We also really appreciated the pricing of the cocktails, not overpriced like many restaurants do. We can’t wait to come back!

"Burger was amazing 10/10 the smash patty is incredible " The wings were good, To much breading the sauce on them were so good. The service was pretty nice, I sued for a cherry coke they said they didn't have one then the waiter came out with a homade Grenideen coke. The whole building did not feel like it was 2024, the inside was loud but overall not bad.

I'll admit, I've grown to really like Chip's. My first visit, I was confused, because it looks like a strip mall from the outside. But let yourself take it in, and you see that the personality of this establishment is much deeper than a mall. It's a bit quirky, serves good food and has a busy off campus vibe for a drink and dinner.

A little expensive but definitely worth the price. Fantastic food, service, and dim lit atmosphere with unique relaxing music. Want to go back while writing this.

Wow. Wow. Wow. I cannot say enough good things about Chip's Clubhouse - aside from the awful lighting. Which in fact kind of gives the place its own special feel. The service was top tier. Extremely friendly, fast, and fun. And the place was packed so kudos to them for handling the crowd while maintaining a great attitude. Our service was excellent and every time an employee walked by our table they asked how we were doing. This place has a 21% service fee that many complain about but they earn every last penny of it. I would have tipped that anyway. We started with the fried pickles. Best I've ever had. Lightly battered and flaky with a delicious dill ranch sauce. Absolutely incredible. Next came the Cheese Burger. I ordered double and this thing was a beast. Smashed and seared to pure perfection. The bun was soft and fresh and delicious. This is legitimately one of the best burgers I have ever had. Period. I highly, highly recommend visiting Chip's Clubhouse. Follow me on IG danny_runsforbeer

Cozy and cool space (think foreboding nondescript exterior with super friendly and welcoming interior) with friendly and helpful staff...and the pork loin sandwich? A definite yes.

Enjoyed an early dinner at Chip’s, it fills up quickly. We had two nice drinks from the cocktail menu - nicely prepared. Dinner was the burger, the Rueben, and fries. All very tasty. Reminds me of a neighborhood supper club vibe. Recommend to all - we sat in the bar at a high top, but there are also booths and tables for larger groups. Parking is available behind the building.
