Drink was delicious, customer service was horrible. I ordered an iced drink, and when my name and the drink was called, it was hot. I told the young lady that I ordered it iced, she looked at me like I just kicked a puppy, and angrily grabbed the drink off the counter, spilling some of it on the counter and floor. When she finished making the drink THAT I ORDERED, she set it on the counter without looking at me or saying a thing. I don't know if she was mad at her co-worker for entering my order wrong, or mad at me for daring to want the drink THAT I ORDERED, but that doesn't matter. I won't be back. There are plenty of other great coffee shops around that actually treat their customers right.

Service can get very bogged down on weekend mornings. Expensive. Easy parking, typically plenty of seating. Doesn't open until 8 am on Saturday.
