Went here for breakfast. They were very busy, it was a weekday so that was unusual waited about 20 mins for a seat. It was well worth the wait. The food is always hot and delicious. Not sure if the photos adequetly show this but this is 2 meals with a side order of pancakes which are huge.
Parking: You can park on the street or in the lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a counter as well as tables with chairs and back walls are booths. I did observe people in wheelchairs being seated easily at the tables with back booths etc.
I don't understand the love. It's mediocre food and mediocre service in a decent location. Sure the portions are enormous and perhaps that's what people around here want but personally I would prefer 50% less food and flavors slightly more elevated than what I would get at Denny's/Perkins.

Omelette veggies cooked too low and slow . no cheese inside, just microwaved on to top . not how I like omelettes . But my preferences aren't always popular. Sausages and hash browns and toast were awesome.
I wanted coffee to taste good but dang at noon it tasted cooked for hours and not hot . But I'll give it another go. Waitress was fantastic. Do Not use bathrooms you'll probably puke your meal.

great place for a brunch in the st. paul area! coffee cup primarily serves american comfort food and is very resonant of that classic diner vibe. their prices are fair for the amount of food you’re getting and it can be quite easy to over order lol. like many restaurants tho, there is the option to bring food home in takeout boxes but let’s be real, the food tastes the best after just coming off the stove. despite the numerous tables there are for the staff to wait, they do an excellent job checking up on you and making sure you have everything you need.

They were busy so 25 min to get my breakfast sandwich which was good and made with two eggs. Nothing spectacular, but I didn’t order anything that special. Had a baked goods counter and everything seemed to be made from scratch. I’ll call me back for lunch next time.
